Weekly Wash day staple: @alikaynaturals Honey & Sage deep conditioner. 1. Apply deep conditioner on clean damp hair 2. Place shower cap on & leave it in for 20mins. I have low porosity hair so I usually sit under a hooded dryer or steam my hair to help open up the cuticle of the hair so the moisture can seep in. What's a #washday ritual for u?

#ad Alright guys I did it. I made it through the first month of the new school year and finished up the #Olay28day challenge with @Olay. This super simple 2 step regimen has visibly and physically made my skin healthier. I applied the Olay Total Effects Moisturizer with SPF 15 every morning to moisturize my skin and prevent sun damage. I'd then dab just a tiny bit (a little goes a very long way) of the Olay Eyes Deep Hydrating Eye Gel under my eyes in the morning and at night before bed. No fine lines or dark puffy circles on this face... even with minimal sleep and stress! I'm sharing all the deets about the challenge and my results on the blog (direct link in bio)!
