Yard Part 2
The best representation i have to date of what the fog looks like when it’s rolling over the mountains and into San Francisco from the Pacific Ocean. It never looks as impressive in a video or a picture but imagine the fog in this video being more the height of a skyscraper
Little wildflowers I sowed in the backyard about three months ago (except for the top left, it’s a native plant of some sort that I bought and then subsequently forgot the name of)
My friend Maddie Valley’s pictures taken with her film camera in Rock Creek Park D.C. (last fall ‘17)

A few yard picture to start the week off right
If you have to drive to see family for any reason, why not build in a little extra time to see something new? And if you live in California why not an 1800’s ghost town that was abandoned after the gold rush? // Malakoff Diggins near the foothills of the Sierra Nevada (but the “mountains” you can see in the background of the last image are actually the Sutter Buttes // the world’s smallest mountain range)

I’ve started a new hobby of walking around my neighborhood taking pictures of interesting architecture and plants :)

View from near the peak of Mt. Tamalpais. Its a little hard to tell but the "clouds” hanging near the land are rolling layers of thick fog almost like an ocean blanketing everything below 2,000 feet view including the mountains and the ocean in the distance.
For a little visual perspective, if you look really hard, above the road there are two people standing on the top/middle of the clearing on the hill.
