Did you know the Philippines’ hero became a video game character in Tekken? Josie Rizal was inspired by Jose Rizal, the national hero in the Philippines. Tekken is martial arts video game and her main armament was arnis and kick boxing, a martial art known in the Philippines. Her outfit was also inspired by the color of the said country’s national flag.
