Haiiii, I already made an intro post but it was pretty short so..

my name is Trix, and I’m a Alterhuman! My types are:

-South American Grey Fox

-Snow leopard

-High content wolfdog

-American alligator

-Andean mountain cat

-Nightwing (WOF)

-Faun

-Tawny eagle

I am a shapeshifter of sorts, and my “theriotypes” are just the creatures i can / have shapeshifted (shifted) into, as it is quite difficult for me to shift into new creatures

My types are biological and I do not appreciate being called human whatsoever. My pronouns are It/It’s

I am mentally ill and a Minor so keep that in mind

I am technically a zoanthrope but I learned long ago that humans can’t see my true form, so no human knows and I am therefore not diagnosed

shifted into a wolfdog again! I was swimming this time, and I was able to fully transform into a canine! It was pretty comfortable too, but I’m just super happy that I was able to fully shift into a different animal!

just wanted to say that the Alterhuman community on tumblr is honestly the best place for our kind. It’s (mostly) very welcoming, and especially for physical /biological/holotheres/zoanthropes it’s incredibly helpful for beings like me who struggle with feeling alone in our existence , and sharing experiences on here, it actually feels like beings hear you.

thinking about changing my username (or whatever it’s called on here) to something else. I’m not really a fox that often, and the inaccuracies are bugging me. I’m thinking about Changing it to something along the lines of “Trix-the-shapeshifter” or “Trix-the-shifter”. But then would i also have to change my Pinterest account? I don’t really post on it that often anyways but it’s something for me to think about

woke up as a wolfdog today! Only lasted a couple minutes before the body shifted back into a tawny eagle but it was nice after so long of being a bird

They cannot even say something like this to 1813M’s face—they blocked him before he could even see the comment on the post.

i don't know what to do with my hair help

I'm getting my hair done tmr and i want to like do something with it that reflects my alterhumanity, but my mother won't let me dye it.

I have medium to short hair rn, and I think I want to cut it short again

Any suggestions? I might be able to convince my mother to let me get it dyed, but who knows

things in the alterhuman/nonhuman/therian/otherkin community i don't like

1- those "advice for _____ therians/nonhuman kins" that contain stuff about humans perception of their personalities to emulate. such as "if you're a fox, be sly and cunning!" 2- same from before except stuff about diets. some of us are vegeterian, vegan or have dietary restrictions n stuff, and anyway what you eat doesn't make you less or more yourself. 3- the expectation to do quadrobics if you're a four-legged animal 4- the rejection of physical therians, holotheres, lycanthropes and zooanthropes 5- saneism (kinda added on to the previous post) 6- the hatred of paraphiles, all of them. (i don't believe in thought crimes) when alterhumans are more likely to be paraphiles than the general population 7- stereotypes. i hate any kind of stereotype actually 8- the lack of comprehension of others having wildly different views than you and lack of understanding that differences don't mean one is morally lesser (take this as you will) 9- the "therians know they are human" thing. i'm not human. my body is not me. 10- the strange heighrachy of validity/invalidity of people's identities and selves. (eg; the way bug therians and prey species are treated, the way "common" and "uncommon" species are treated) theres more but i am tired rn

a bit personal but...

my parents (or at least my mom) don't believe me about anything anymore. Like at all. I have some mental and physical issues, including severe texture stuff, and my mom fully just said that quote "I know now that it's true that you want to be sick. that you enjoy it" end-quote. So now she probably wont take me seriously about anything.. yay/sarc
