Last print for the year, and for a long time unless I switch techniques so as to not use a press or find a local print place to use. Not as complex or big as my other works but just a fun little thing I threw together to fatten up my work for the semester.

Here’s what I’m working on at the moment, a tarot-style band poster for fake metal band ANGUIS ARIETEM.

Have a couple of other pots on the stove I need to get boiling, I’ll be sure to post the results up on here when those are ready to be shown.

More Blender stuff. Found out my college gives access to Lynda to all students so going to be running through those over this break. This is just a bottle I made real quick like. Still not sure about all the processes needed to make something in Blender and take it into Unity, but the ball is rolling

Here's a few shots of some ink work I did in class. The idea was to use non traditional tools to make interesting marks on paper with India Ink and I like to think I achieved that. I used a Starbucks bottle lid and dragged it to get the face and hair effect, whereas the wisps and eyes were made with the butt of a nerf dart. The side of the dart was used as almost a wedge marker for the dress and a few fine details were done with a paperclip

Finally and with a lot less of a polished look is the video game segment. I chose to try and do an Armikrog box art emulating Pitfall’s cover design. Not much else to say here

Daft Punk Album inspired by Lionel Richie’s album covers. I debated putting his hair on them but in the end didn’t for some reason. Maybe I forgot?

Time for some rapid fire uploads; I did a series of 3 designs taking inspiration from the 80s. This is (obviously) Pacific Rim as a subject done in the style of 80s movies with the largely black poster, an image in the center and then a CMY hand written title in the center. The handwriting is pretty shit but over all pretty content with how it came out, also Cherno Alpha is objectively the best jaeger
