Looks like it could be in Bridlington?
The Crucified Skinhead.
A lot of different people say it means a lot of different things, but to me it symbolises being treated like shit because of how the media portrays skinheads, and how society sees us.
People see me wearing boots, braces and a Marching Orders shirt and think back to other times they’ve seen people dressed like that. American History X, Romper Stomper, and of course on the news when some tosser with a shaved head beats up anyone who isn’t white. I get yelled at, spat at and occasionally attacked, and cop constant glares from whites and non-whites alike. I have to pay the price because of a small group of peoples actions. I’ve been crucifed for someone elses sins.
It also stands for how the working class is the backbone of society, and how we’re expected to keep our nations going strong and then blamed when shit falls apart. We work our asses off to get by, and we get fucked in the ass by politicians.
Left wing, right wing and non-political skinheads can have this tattoo, or on a shirt or patch. It means a lot of different things to different people. Wearing it, like being a skinhead in general, does not mean you are racist, or a Christian, or a SHARP.
That’s what it means to me. What’s it mean to you?
Totally agree with you. To me it also stands for brotherhood; how I'd do anything for my skin brothers and sisters.
