how did you guys come up with the trolls' names? are any of the trolls based on something, like a sign?

Most of the trolls' names have to do with their signs- for example, Hibere Ibitus comes from the words "prohibere" and "prohibitus", the latin roots for the word "prohibit", which relates to the "no" symbol he was assigned. 

Others are just regular names or other words; "odious" is a word that means "extremely unpleasant"!

Their horns also tend to resemble or have something to do with their signs, which I'm assuming is what you meant?? Some of them have personality traits or interests that are related to them as well, such as Novae's love of stars (asterisk) or Frigma's interest in history (egyptian hieroglyph).

Novae Etoile - stars etc, novae is based on nova and etoile means star : )

Glaess Fracto - originally his name was supposed to be based on broken mirrors but it turned to glass and then i realised he need six letters in his name so glaess. his sign is a % because it looks like a dick the end : )

Olivut Surdus - i wanted a name based on 'olive'. surdus is latin for deaf if im remembering correctly.... his sign is an interrobang, to go with his zalgo quirk
