We’ve all experienced relationships that have traumatized us, whether for days, months, or even years. The psychological effects have made us question our innermost being. This causes turmoil such as self-blame, depression, doubt, fear, low self esteem, etc. These mixups have our minds twisted with our own false beliefs of ourselves which we’re all aware of; confidentially. Let’s be real with ourselves. This causes suffering that only we as individuals can only testify. These experiences are suffering-induced transformational experiences.
The growing after effect of these experiences lead to beautiful transformations of who we really are and what we’re made of. Along with transformation includes, well-being, a sense of connection, improved relationships, a less materialistic and more altruistic attitude, decreased cognitive activity, etc.
We can always be stuck in dissolution of these psychological attachments. But at the end of the day for this reason, we turn to acceptance, happiness, new beginnings, and thankfulness for journey.
