It’s October Here some shows I’ll be playing with Helltones, my trio and TBA. Also,Lately I’ve been feeling like I’m doing a lot better than the last 10 years of my life. Cancer, chemo and losing my mother/grandmother in the same year was tough and I know I’m not perfect and have made mistakes but I know I can and will do better. Taking care of the depression and anxiety in a more constructive way and avoiding toxic substances from my life. Going out less, and taking care of my body, mind and spirit more. Reading books again, learning a language ,writing more and going on runs and hikes. Using social media less has kept my attention and serotonin levels In a better state. I just deleted the apps from my phone so I have to actively want to use them and the hassle deters me. Loving my family and close friends more and especially loving playing music and seeing smiles more. I really thank want you thank those that have helped me in the past, friends, family and partners.
