Hi yall.. my first post on here.. im an overw3ight 4n4 trying to lose some weight before my uni starts which is in July..
Honestly i’ve had an on and off thing with 4n4 but this time im really gonna push myself. I’m gonna be posting my daily meals on here + c4l intake. This will be my personal journey/accountability tracker cuz i gotta lock in and push through my weightloss journey.
Lmk any tips and tricks so i get to my gw faster.. btw my daily cal intake would be around 1000 or atleast i’ll try to keep it around 1k lol
