Alice of Wonderland

My name is Alice Liddell. When I was a young girl, I followed a white rabbit into Wonderland, and that's where the story as you know it changes. I stayed for years with my friend, but I didn't leave the same as I was. That's why I've come to Storybrooke, to fix what's been done to me... I suppose that's all you need to know for now. However, if you find yourself curious, all you have to do is ask.

And I have been so unbearably well-behaved over the last few years I think I’m allowed one little night to cause trouble.

I’ll see if I can get someone to watch Grace then. Have you been to the Rabbit Hole yet? Worst name for a bar I have ever heard, but they know how to mix a drink, that’s for sure.

Oh, Grace… Of course I wanted you. And you did nothing wrong. Don’t you dare think otherwise, not even for a second… You are the best thing to have ever happened to me—you and Papa. I love you more than you know…  It’s just that… The reason I wasn’t there was because of me… It’s not easy to explain, but I made some bad mistakes and afterwards I was lost for very a long time… I’m so sorry, Grace. I never meant for any of this to happen.

Really? I know we drink a lot of it, but I never knew it was in our blood. That sounds… interesting to say the least.

No, I never even knew it existed. Tea was easier to make because all you needed were herbs and things, so that’s what we had all the time. Mama? May I ask you a question?

Well, in a sense. You see, the people where I come from love their tea. It’s even tradition to set time out of their day just to drink it…. It’s also part of how your papa and I first met. Over a cup of tea.

'Happy Ever After' || OUATT Christmas AU

There was a time in Alice's life where she questioned the possibility of a happy ever after. But after putting a stop to Jafar's plans with the help of those close to her, she was once and for all cured of the portal spell that she had been plagued with. And even more so, Alice was finally able to regain the memories that had been lost to her for years. She could now remember everything from the very first time she met her husband, Jefferson, and her good friend, Will, to what it was like holding Grace in her arms when she was just a baby. With the hatter family reunited again, Alice began living with her husband and daughter, where she rediscovered that a happy ever after was possible after all, because she had found hers with them.
