A small update with new tutorials after months of silence. (thank you, school.) I hope to do some smaller updates from time to time from now on, so such a long time without any update will not happen again. :)
Tutorials
3t2 hair conversion tutorial part 1, Cassis - Meshing/Bodyshop
3t2 hair conversion tutorial part 2, Cassis - Meshing/Bodyshop
3t2 hair conversion tutorial part 3, Cassis - Meshing/Bodyshop
Accessory converting from Sims 3/4, DigitalAngels - Meshing/Bodyshop
The third update already! This time I added the rest of the tutorials from Plumb Bob Keep. To be fair, I found quite some interesting information I knew nothing about yet.
Since the tutorials from Plumb Bob Keep aren’t visible to people without an account, I hope to make a start with adding “registration required” notes to the tutorials that aren’t visible to people without an account in the next update.
Tutorials:
Adding sexy feet, Plumb Bob Keep, Cynnix - Meshing/Bodyshop
How to quickly and easily add morphs to your clothing meshes, Plumb Bob Keep, saathei - Meshing/Bodyshop
Multishoe tutorial for dummies, Plumb BoB Keep, saathei - Meshing/Bodyshop
Basic converting, Plumb Bob Keep, wiccandove - Meshing/Objects
Basic object creation, Plumb Bob Keep, Sunni - Meshing/Objects and Edit with SimPE/Objects
After a busy period and some problems with getting into Plumb Bob Keep, is here a new update.
Read more, because the list of new tutorials is long. All new tutorials in this update are either from Simpixels or from Plumb Bob Keep. Not all tutorials from Plumb Bob keep are now in the database, hopefully I can add the rest in the next update.
Do you have a tutorial on how to fix a userstartupcheat?
Alright, I want to make this clear, not just to you, Anon, but to everyone: I will not answer these kind of questions. I love to run this place, but I simply don’t have the time or energy to answer the “where is X tutorial?”-questions. I wrote a nice FAQ, there you can find my answer to questions I expect to get a lot. From this moment on, I will answer to these questions in private that I won’t answer these questions or ignore these questions completely if they are sent by an Anon.
This might sound a bit harsh, but remember: in the WCIF-sections of most forums you can ask for more than just custom content. And there it can be answered by many people, while I am just one person.
However, since you are the first to ask: tutorials about cheats (and therefor the userstartup.cheat) are placed under Play the game/Cheats.
The first update! Immediately with a lot of new tutorials: thank you to everyone who has sent me those links! I’ve got even more tutorials I’ve still got to add, but England - Australia starts soon. :P
We’ve got a database for Bodyshop defaults, object defaults, palettes, Maxis match custom content, multple databases for conversions; so if you want to download something, you should have no problem finding it. But what if you want to know something instead? Then you better have that one tutorial you need bookmarked or you’ll have to offer your first child to Google in order to find it on the 8th search page between the clothing stores and videos of people putting glue in their noses. Well, let’s make an end to that kind of nonsense.
This is the TS2 tutorial database, a place to learn about the crazy game called The Sims 2. So take the tour and go learn something you didn’t know yet!
