Wow didn’t realized the last time i post some story was many months ago! So, how are you doing everyone? This pandemic is sucks. But i got married last December (2020) so....i can survive......i guess hahaha. Still, i got no honeymoon nor a short-trip holiday. Why? Because there’s an eldery and children in mine & my husband family, so we don’t want to take any risk. Well, i will start writing again. Hope you guys miss me!

You can feel his breathing on your neck.

You close your laptop and go to the kitchen to bring some snack. But, you see Jackson fall asleep at the sofa, so you change your mind and go to him immediately.

"Hi, wake up sleepy head. Go to the room if you want to sleep," you shake his shoulder.

He open his eyes, "No! I want to watch a movie," 

You smile and nod. "Okay, go play the movie, I'll bring snack for us."

He follow your instructions and sit at the right side of the sofa.

You back, place a bowl of chips at the table, and sit on the left side of the sofa.

He move closer to you. "Since when you allergic to me?" He ask.

You just smile.

You both watch 'Miracles in cell number 7'. The whole movie you can see Jackson's smile, Jackson's laugh, Jackson's frowned, even Jackson's cry. You laugh a little when he cried. He mad at you because you laugh at him.

When the movie is over, you clean the bowl and walk straight to the bedroom.

You see Jackson already cover his body with a blanket.

"How many days left?" You ask.

"I don't know. 3 maybe 4."

"Jackson..."

".........4 days."

You lay on your back below the blanket.

"Good night, Jackson. I love you."

"Good night."

4 days later

You freeze in front of the prettiest tombstone you have ever seen.

You laugh and you cry, basically at the same time.

"You fuckin liar. How can i love you this much? I hate you..." You cry, you laugh, you hit the tombstone with a bouquet of roses.

You cry until you fall.

"I hate you, Jackson..."

Flashback to the last night

You and Jackson face to face at the dining table. He hold your hand so tight.

"I'm sorry," he whisper.

Tears roll down on your cheeks. You say no words.

Jackson stand up and hug you. He say sorry repeatedly.

You finally cry. Louder and much hurt.

"I have to go..." He said.

"No! Please!" You begging him.

"I'm sorry... Take care of yourself. Remember, even though we can't see each other anymore, i still in your heart. Until the last of my breath, only you, the person that i love the most in the world. Okay?" He give you a wide smile. Try so hard to hold his tears. 

He hug you tight, release you, smile, kiss your forehead, kiss your lips, walk to the bedroom, he wave to you before close the door. 

You run try to follow him. You still crying. Even louder. When you open the door, you can't find him

You try to find Jackson from room to room. But you found nobody.

You sit on the sofa. Take a look at your phone's wallpaper. There is a photo of Jackson the day he bought you a ring with your birthstone as the gem. He planned to propose you the day after he bought the ring. But on the way to your place, there was a truck behind his vehicle with a drunk driver. The truck hit more than 3 cars and Jackson was one of them. Jackson got coma and never wake up until he passed away.

But something strange happened. A week before, Jackson suddenly showed outside your apartment door. Of course as a ghost. He said he had no idea why he suddenly live again. All he know was he has 5 days to spend in the world. So Jackson and you stay at your place so both of you can spend the time with happiness and love.

And tonight is the night Jackson had to back to his world. You can't accept this but you can't do anything either. So, now you spend the rest of your night with crying...

"I'm home," said Ian while he take off his shoes.

You turn off the stove, and walk towards him. 

"Welcome home," you smile and grab his jacket.

You notice there's no smile at his face. You know something is not right.

"Go wash yourself. I'll help rub your back," you push him to the bedroom, hang his jacket, and follow him to the bathroom.

You open the door to find out Ian sit inside the bathtub.

"You'll get a fever if you do that, you know?"

You sit beside the tub and start rubbing his back.

"Am i doing it wrong?" He asked suddenly.

"You what?"

"I always give my best, you know it. But i never happy with the result. I feel like a shit, I'm tired." Now he crying.

"Hey, face me,"

He face you with confused on his face.

You touch his cheek and look at him in the eye.

"Sometimes, it's okay to feel like a shit. It's okay to feel tired. You are human not a robot. All you need is a good sleep, a good food, then you will get a good mood. Trust me! Or maybe you need a beautiful smile so your day will be beautiful too," you give him a wide smile.

He finally smile, "Thank you."

"Now get up, wash yourself for the last time, put a shirt on, I'll prepare the dinner, okay?"

He nod. You smile and left him.

You turn off the light and close the bathroom door. After dinner, Ian sleep immediately. You lay beside him, kiss his forehead and sleep.

Without you knowing, he wake up, softly touch your cheek and whisper "I promise I'll never leave you. I love you. So much." Kiss your forehead and hug you.
