Tuff City: Warren Island
The first island in the TUFF City area. This is where Snow (the single bird mother) lives and works a full-time job to pay for her rent. There are two beaches where you can visit, Dover Beach (Right) next to the houses and Tuff Beach view (Top) next to Houz Radio Headquarters.
There's also a mansion next to the Worl Mall near the second bridge. The mansion is currently for sale, because the owners of the mansion moved out due to finding the island mediocre and not fit for their taste, so they transferred to Meadow Valley (the Third Island) and settled there.
The island also has some gangs that reside there like the Tuff Riders, a biker gang whose gang base is located somewhere near the first bridge heading to the second island (Solen Island). The Fish-Bone Triads, who reside in the Chinatown district and can be seen holding Cleavers around town. Lastly, the Buffalo Diablos, a gang that are seen in Doren District straight up the road to Tuff Beach view.
