thinking about how my family told a story about how my grandfather growing up in nazi germany once beat up a group of hitler youth bothering him and i thought it was just made-up family lore and then i saw a picture of him at like 15 and he looked like this

the thing you have to understand is that all the men from the jewish side of my family are musclebound freaks. my grandad was apparently doing 100 pushups a day up until his 70′s. My dad is in the senior olympics. my brother became like, shredded at the age of 14. 

only drawback is that they all have severe dyslexia and can barely read but who needs reading when you can squat twice your bodyweight
