The sounds that come from a pred's stomach usually indicate what level of digestion they're at.
When they've just had a fresh meal, there's always sloshing. Their prey fights back desperately, trying to escape. At this stage, the pred's stomach only makes a few strained, quiet gurgles.
As time passes, their stomach becomes more sloshy. The gurgles begin to stop sounding strained, instead taking on a more 'wet' sound--no doubt because of the contents of their stomach becoming softer and squishier. By this point, every time the prey shoves out against the pred's stomach, it lets out a low whine.
After a few hours, their stomach has completely rounded out like a water balloon. No more movements from within, no more pesky struggling. Now, their gut is practically singing, gurgling and groaning wetly as the contents of their stomach pump through their body. There's even what sounds like muffled bubbling within, thanks to the constant shifting of their meal.
Finally, at the end of the day, there's nothing but a soft bump on the pred's middle. Nobody would've ever been able to guess that they'd just had a full living creature in there. Now, their stomach has quieted down significantly... but a low, drawn-out gurgle still sounds from their stomach, signalling that the prey fully belongs to the pred's body now, whether they liked it or not.
When the belly is attractive, I melt even from the outside 😈😋

I dunno if he means he's lounging or all the donuts in his stomach finally get to relax after the ordeal of getting devoured by him. Maybe both. At least they all get to settle for a nap now.
