i've been trying to get into writing recently, but it's been slow going and frustrating. i'm used to having specific images or scenes in my head- but having to build up to them in a satisfying way is hard.

so far it's like a ladder that's missing several steps.

i know practice is the way to go, but when it comes to writing, it's something i usually neglect. maybe telling my stories through animatics would be more my style?
