Lana stared at the ceiling, lying on the couch. It was going to be their date night but instead they were stuck in quarantine.
"Babe, have you decided what you wanna do yet?" Lana asked, a bit impatiently. Katya shook her head.
"I considered watching a horror movie but…" Katya trailed off.
"But what?" Lana questioned as she swung he legs over the side of the couch and sat up. Katya hung he head a little, blushing.
"T-they're scary for a reason…"
"Are you saying you of all people are scared of horror movies? You're the leader of the kgb, isn't it illegal for you to be afraid of those? Or like… anything for that matter?"
"Da… I… I know it seems silly but… those types of things scare me…" Katya confessed.
"Well…" Lana shrugged. "If you wanna watch a corny kids movie, that's okay too."
Katya pulled a look. "I do not want to watch Disney, Disney is der'mo."
"Yeah I know it's shit babe, but if it'll make you feel safer then we can watch something stupid. Hell I'll watch a crappy Pixar movie if you want." Lana suggested.
"I do not want to make this a bad date…" Katya sulked.
"This will not be a bad date, I promise you that." Lana moved to hold Katya's hands. "You forget I've dated Cyril. So unless you suddenly become an asshole, I don't think you'll ruin this."
Katya giggled softly and Lana smiled, planting a kiss on Katya's forehead.
"Can we watch this?" Katya pointed to UP on the Netflix screen present on their television.
Lana smiled. "Of course. That's a cute movie."
