I was chilling on ai dungeon and I saw a bunch of posts talking about how kevo made a video on it, and his fans (a bunch of whiny 13 yo apparently) were gonna invade the app and kill it??
I'm.. kinda confused?? Is this about too many users or the rare shitpost I've seen?
i dont think that kevin is popular enough for his viewers to be known for anything good or bad, but lets play youtubers are infamous for having a very young and obnoxious fanbase so i think this is where they are coming from.
another thing is that ai dungeon wasnt/isnt an extremely popular app so its sort of a smaller community and any influx of outsiders is feared and despised because they might spoil what they have. this is something that i often see in other apps and communities that are not that popular.
The community is actually known for its kindness and passion btw
We may refer to ourselves as a cult and thrive on murder of fictional characters but its all in good fun and nobody (except FICTIONAL characters) are hurt
I feel its probably more so AI dungeon's servers being over capacity to handle too many more users at once. That's happened before when other youtubers played it.
