Erkan is so caring when it comes to Dicle that I’m genuinely torn. On the one hand, I want them to have time to just be together. I want Dicle to keep growing, learning, finding her confidence, and I want them to enjoy being newly in love without rushing into everything. But on the other hand, I am dying to see Dicle pregnant someday. Can you even imagine what Erkan would be like? He already worries about her over the smallest things. Hi! 😊 I actually came across your blog through the Sevdiğim Sensin tags and ended up scrolling through a lot of your posts.

I don’t know if you have time to reply to everyone who comments, but I just wanted to say it’s really nice that you answer questions about the show. The SS fandom on here is so tiny that every discussion feels like finding water in the desert.

Honestly, I could probably write essays about half the topics you’ve brought up-when Erkan fell in love, Khadir, Erkan’s father, Tahir… there are so many interesting characters in this show.

But one of your recent posts got me thinking about Koray. I completely agree that he’s ridiculously attractive. But I also think he’s a walking red flag.

To me, he never really felt like Erkan’s friend. More like someone he stayed close to because they grew up together and came from the same social circle.

I can’t deny that he helped when it mattered-he stood by Erkan during the fight for the company, and he also helped with the AI video situation. But at the same time, he’s the one who brought women back to Erkan’s apartment (what with Selin?)

He’s also incredibly class-conscious. He’s shallow in that sense, and he genuinely can’t understand why someone from their background would want to be with someone like Dicle. Maybe he would’ve held back some of those comments if Erkan had admitted he was in love with her-or even just admitted that he liked her-but I don’t think Koray’s attitude toward people like Dicle would’ve changed all that much.

That’s why I’ve never been able to see him as the kind of loyal, emotionally supportive friend that Mehmet or even Khadir could be. He’s useful when things go wrong, but emotionally? I don’t think he really understands Erkan at all.

I totally agree with all of your points surrounding Koray. The things he's done to Erkan's benefit have been more out of obligation than genuine care for Erkan, at least that's what it seems like to me.

I don't really foresee him making a lot of appearances next season, if at all (I'm not sure if it was confirmed he's coming back or not). It would be cool if the writers eventually gave him a sort of humbling character arc, but we already have so many other significant characters that have to be dealt with, so that's likely very rare.

i’ve been rewatching SS lately, and one thing i’ve started noticing way more than the first time around is just how big erkan is compared to dicle. his height, his hands( when he cups her face sometimes his hand is so big it looks like it’s covering half her face),etc. and then i saw some recent photos of aytaç and realized this man has apparently been living at the gym. meanwhile dicle is so tiny and delicate. honestly, every time they’re in the same frame now, all i can think is: poor dicle. our girl is with a beast 😈🔥
