Unfortunately my trip ends here and I'm flying back to Sweden. The reason why I stop my trip here in New York, is because I've got a place at a university and the school is about to start. But I'll finish my trip next year from were I'm leaving. So it will be a road trip in USA, then a few days on Hawaii the next time. A little summary of this trip: This has been a hell of a journey, amazing from the beginning to the end. It started in Hong Kong and I had four super great days there. It was a very interesting destination and I did experienced a lot. The people there were so nice and friendly. The population was very high with congestion everywhere, especially on the subway. The food was very interesting, as well as the habits when they eat. Everybody ate from the others plates and I'm not used to that home in Sweden. The culture in Hong Kong is very different compered to the culture in Sweden. After Hong Kong a plane took me to Bahamas, the paradise! And it looked just like the pictures, turquoise ocean with white beaches. The service was incredible and my hotel was so luxury. The people were also very friendly to me, just like in Hong Kong. I did very cool things, like diving and swimming with dolphins. Only good memories. I didn't like the food though, but everything else was completely perfect. Everything on Bahamas is so different compered to Sweden. The biggest differences is the climate, culture and food. New Zealand was the next destination, and I did so many crazy things there. Kayaking, bungyjump and zip line for example. It's things I'll remember my whole life. A fantastic experience! I also met some new friends and went on a hike with them. The landscape on New Zealand was incredible as well as the view from the mountains on the hike. The food consisted most of seafood which was interesting but I prefer Swedish and Italian food. The culture in New Zealand is basically the same as in Sweden. But a lot of other thing is very different like the food. New York was my last destination and it was above all expectations. A very exciting place to experience. It's very different compared to both Sweden and the other destinations on this trip. Because It's people and cars everywhere and everything is so enormous. It's like the opposite to Sweden in many ways. Because Sweden is a very small country with a low population. The people in US was very pleasant and helpful especially at the hotel and the boutiques. I think the buildings were the coolest thing to see, because they're so high and beautiful. And as I writhed before I think the architecture in NY is incredible! The food in USA is pretty different to the food in Sweden, their food is so unhealthy. It was fast food everywhere and the portions was enormous. During this trip I have discovered a lot of differences between the destinations. Mainly the culture, But the food, people, language, climate and population are very different. It has been very interesting to discover different parts of the world and see how people lives there. I've seen both luxury and poverty, most luxury but when l walked around in Hong Kong I ended up in a poverty neighborhood. That was interesting, I think it's good to get a perspective in different social classes. Especially since Sweden is a country with good conditions. I've improved my English and vocabulary incredible much. This is my last post on this blog, so thank you for following my trip. It was awesome! Bye guys!
