hello tumblr friends! how many of y’all are you still on here? I haven’t created actual content for this since 2014 and am now officially retiring this tumblr. life happens, I moved to hong kong and taiwan for a while, graduated college, started a 9-5... but still an avid watcher of hk dramas!

I LITERALLY SCREAMED SO THE RUMORS WERE TRUE!

[I’m married!] - Linda Chung Dear friends, audience, media that cares for me: Today, I want to announce, I’m married! :) Thank you media for your continuous care / interest in me, but people that know me would know, things involving relationships and family, I’ve been wanting to keep it low key in hopes to protect, to the best of my ability, my family that doesn’t belong in this entertainment industry. And in my heart, I’ve been hoping that I can be like everyone else, to have my own family, and live a normal and blissful / happy life. Thank you God, early past year, I finally met him--my husband, Jeremy from Vancouver. Ever since we’ve got to know each other, we realize that we both possess similar values, religious beliefs, and countless topics (to talk about?). He’s mature, full of love, loves God, and is very gentle / thoughtful to me. Our love has both our parent’s support. The elders also hope we will soon start a family, and I also hope to establish a simple and happy family with Jeremy.

Finally, last fall, Jeremy proposed to me and I said yes, because I was sure he was my Mr. Right. The end of last year, with our parents and God as our witness, we had a solemn but simple wedding. We also respect the elders’ wishes, picked a good date, and on February 27th held a banquet, to share our good news / happiness with our family and friends.

I hope I would be a good wife and mother, and do a good job taking care of my husband and family. As for other rumors, I wouldn’t be replying, please allow me some personal space. At the right time, I would share my good news with everyone again :) Here, I need to thank my sisters, Amazing Esthers: Leanne (Li), Eliza (Sam), Grace (Wong), and Christine (Kuo). You guys have worked hard, helping me keep this secret for such a long time! Thank you Ms. Lok and TVB Artiste Department, for protecting my privacy and for your arrangements during the initial stages of my relationship; Thank you to the friends who cares for me, especially the media, thank you for continuously loving and protecting me. I hope you guys will extend your love to my husband and protect him as well. Please be understanding that he might not know how to face the media :) Lastly, thank you God for letting me meet Jeremy, I pray that you will guard and bless our marriage! And I give my blessing to each and every one of you, with the same peace and happiness! Linda Chung
