I didnāt expect eating well to make me sleepy???
Maybe this is a random coincidence, but for the past few days since Iāve changed my diet, Iāve been so sleepy and barely making it through the day. Why? :(
Trying this whole healthy snack thing
After a terrible month filled with yucky health stuff and stress in school and hitting a new all-time maximum weight, Iāve decided to try to get back to it. My boyfriend and I started Whole30 today! While he has no need to lose weight, weāre both hoping to gain some energy and feel healthier.
Here is a picture of todayās delicious lunch (burger with balsamic caramelized red onions, cherry tomatoes, and avocado with a side of garlic spinach)
