god there’s just… so much evidence that’s he’s closeted. the fact that the image 1d’s team and his (past) team gave to him has made him out to be The Homophobic One from 1d when there are countless and countless stories out there from gay/trans fans that just do not coincide with that image (this one is my favorite). the fact that whenever 1d was asked about women he was either silent or made a joke out of it (the famous “i like girls who eat carrots”). when 1d performed at a gay club he looked so incredibly hyped and happy (wasn’t he supposed to look uncomfortable according to his image??)
