Phantom Human Syndrome

I'm home and not for any bad reasons. Not for a funeral or loved one passing. Just to see friends and chill in my home town. Going out to some local favorite spots and drinking good local brew. But now it's the last night before driving home and I'm sitting by myself. I'm in my grandma's old room. She was the loved one I had to see pass. Sitting in a bench next to where she sat.

And it's insane.

My mind feels like she should still be sitting here, a smile on her face and reading. I'd be talking to her about current events or random entertainment (books, shows, movies, etc.).

But she isn't. It reminds me of a person with phantom limb syndrome, knowing that limb is gone but the mind remembers it vividly.

I can still remember her so vividly.

The scent immerses me so much more into the illusion.

Death.

The constant reminder of how things never last and it's ignorant to believe in such.

But, I'll take my rip, clean up, go to bed, and head home in the morning.

Life moves forward. Not dead yet. Hopefully way later.

I’ve been asked a lot about how I draw hoods, mostly Talon’s hood, so I hope this helps a little? Just a pretty basic thing but hey there ya go

Hoods are pretty cool, they usually have a lot of variety in how they can look (and sometimes people even wear two hoods at once) so just get creative with it and have fun

Do you think you have any smiling Vegeta's that you can post? ^ . ^

Vegeta is seen smiling half of the time he’s on screen.  He’s pretty much the happiest unhappy fella in the entire series.  However, it depends on what KIND of smile you’re looking for!  I’ll post screenshots and gifs I’ve made of the different types!

The most common is:  “The cocky/smarmy/sassy/arrogant smirk.”  You know the expression I’m talking about…

Then there’s the more extreme version of the above that has a bit more OOMPH to it, which I call the “Standard Villain Smile.”

A compliment to the above is the stereotypical evil villain laugh:

Then there’s a step above THIS which I call the “I may be half-insane but I’m LOVING IT” smile.

Paradise of the Forever Young.

A white house sitting on the beach. Sand whiter than the clouds above and an ocean as clear as your first love. Waking up is just like our birth, everything is new. No matter how many days passed, it’s still like our first breath taken. That sky is blue. A blue that can never leave our mind, or removed from our eyes. That fridge in the kitchen, is full of foods that could never be missed. Steak and crab, flavorful wine with a glass, fresh rolled blunts and cigarettes in the sun. Bottles of vodka so strong it would cause boulders to break, but we can drink it down till the sun comes up.

The only clouds in the sky are ones shaped from our love. That bright ball in the sky is never done. The liquor and fun will never be on a shortage, because each day is like an experienced only sung. Let me stop the rhymes, because the paradise is for the Forever Young. Where friends are in abundance and their company is never a hindrance. You and me have the ones we love always hand in hand.

Days are filled with crashing waves, sand castles higher than the skies, and laughs are endless. The breeze is kisses the skin, gently. Sand warms not only our bodies, but our heart and soul. The rays of the sun only add to that warmth. Then the water brings a cool rush that calms everything. The music sooths us and the life that grows around.

Nights are cherished. Drinks told with stories. Laughs shared with smoke clouds. Adventured followed with the company of loved ones. Our bonfires’ flames could never dance as much as we do. Fools, as seen by the world. But in this paradise we are heroes. The moon is always as full as our curiosity of what will happen next. What we will create next. A story written by characters who only matter to us "fools".

Worries are gone, In this Paradise of the Forever Young.
