//I’m late. But tis done. Zero Two has followed the master list. Won’t lie, this was an impulse character i reserved, but like i’m still excited to play her in all the wild stuff that might happen.
Ok so anyways it’s late and i wanna sleep soooo. Like this post for a starter from Zero Two and i’ll get to it...relativly soon. No cap, priority on the first three.
"My, my. Dear Alize, if I didn't know you better, I would say your'e celebrating. But you look like complete and utter shit~"
“Ha.” Alize gave a small chuckle to this, not only had she heard this before, but to hear it from a cat? And it had been such a long time since it was last said. “Well i don’t drink for fun, that’s for sure. I’ve been wanting to meet you for awhile now Cat...” Alize’s gaze shifted to the flask in her hand then to her arm with the tattoo, “Honestly though i’m not sure if i hate you or not. You dragged me out of trouble, but you also dragged me away from...certain other things.” Alize said this then lifted the flask to her lips taking a drink of the contents, “I’d give anything if i could fix that mistake, to have them back...the drinks are the only things that numb the pain anymore. So i look like shit...who cares? A girl with nothing to live for is supposed to right?!” Alize sighed and set the flask down in front of her so she could look at it, it had been years since that day and she still remembers it vividly, and it had been a long time since she had anything to what she considered a friend. Alize lifted her hand to look at it for only a moment, she was trembling, the Cat revealed himself, she wasn’t able to solve the riddles nor did she care to try it was a tale about love they were supposed to follow, a love she had lost long ago. “I don’t know why i came to find you...” Alize admitted, “Maybe it was a false hope, a wish i knew i could never have...you may be magic as far as i know...but you can’t bring them back...am i right in assuming that?”
Alize pushed the door open looking at the interior of the bar, the escape had been her best friend the past few days, to think she would refer to a place as her best friend, it would have been out of the mind of her past self. Today Alize seemed a bit more composed than she usually would have been, a book in her hand as it rested at the side of her waist. Alize looked around the bar though being there before each time she entered she first always appeared like she was lost, but really she was just checking the area. Her usual table where she would drink had been taken up so she was left to sit at the bar this time being the only spot away from the most consumers in the place. Alize gently and casually moved to the closest stool to her and took a seat placing her book on the counter before she sat down and looked to the bartender, great it was someone new so saying her usual would have no effect and only cause question. With bags under her she just kind of looked at the bartender go about his business until he came to her, she was being patient today.
“Uh...just give me the strongest stuff you got...or water surprise me i honestly don’t care i’m just thirsty.” After a few hours of work Alize had only come seeking a drink not something to calm her mind, with how hot it was it hard to go several hours without even a sip of water which she normally didn’t have the option of getting. Her clothes seemed roughed up, multiple tears and frays in the cloth of just the light jacket, she never had the money to fix her clothes she was just thankful she was able to wash everything now and then and often enough not to turn people away from her. “So...how long have you been working here? I don’t normally come during this time so i don’t think i’ve even seen you before.” Small talk, Alize knew small talk was something she needed try and get better at something like what she just said could be a good start though. “I’m normally here more into the later night when things get more...rough...for me.”
Alize said this sliding her book to be in front of her and then opened it to her bookmark, she was still paying attention to the man who was fixing her drink or going to be fixing it, or had already fixed it...ok she wasn’t paying much attention at all. Alize wasn’t all that interested in the noise around her even certain people that saw her often late at night were looking at her weird for seeming so normal at the moment, normally when drinking she’d be one of the most talkative. Alize began to read along her book an old fairy tale she had heard only a few times before, but the book was much more interesting though she didn’t really understand much about it. Was it even possible to have hair that long to make a physical rope out of it and even more to have someone literally scale a tower with it? Odd as it was it was entertaining to read, though like with most stories Alize was expecting a horrid turn of events, half of the fairytales had at least one, at least the real ones did.
Alize gave a sigh as she walked the street, she could feel the money burning a hole in her pocket, not literally, but she had nowhere to spend the money just yet none of her spots for drinks would be open for awhile. Deciding to do something with it to stop the whirlwind of horrid thoughts flying through her head like they had been all month, she thought reading a book in a quiet place might help. The closest place to her to try after buying a book was a quiet cafe like place called TT cafe, Alize entered the cafe and looked around slowly. Her tied up followed along dragging across her upper back as she turned her head to scan the place, she still wasn’t out of the habit of looking for advanced technology. Not much stuck out besides a small like girl with pink hair that seemed to either be starting or ending her working shift, though that wasn’t something abnormal among people who actually worked.
Moments later Alize sat down at one of the tables a quickly scanned the menu they had on display, though finding nothing of interest she placed it back down and opened the book she purchased. Her eyes scanned the book as she read though the contents of the book proved thoroughly boring and pointless she worked for hours...for this thing? Great wasted money. Alize placed the book own on the table and took her necklace in her hand placing her left cheek on her left hand to rest her head on her hand as she looked at the picture in the broken locket. Her uninterested face had turned to one filled with sadness, though it also seemed she was attempting to hide the face she was making, the bags under her eyes had been there from the start but seemed more present and obvious now. The hand she had been resting her cheek on hand moved to hold her forehead as her head began to pound, which was odd because she had already recovered from what she had done the night before and her breath probably still smelled of the drinks.
Alize had no reason to speak, though the nagging want to talk to someone, something was starting to eat at her, something that wasn’t about a job, but the only thing on her mind was what she had lost, Alize doubted anyone wanted to talk about something so depressing. The hand on her head moved to hold the locket as her right hand moved gently glide over the letters etched into her arm, there was no way to forget and she didn’t want to, she knew forgetting wouldn’t help her. The few years that she spent with her daughter weighed heavy in her mind and she knew forgetting her daughter was impossible, nor would it bring the girl back to her. Without knowing tears had formed and began to drip down her face, Alize suddenly dropped the locket and let it fall back to rest against her shirt as she wiped her face down with her then picked the book up once again. “Just get your mind off of it...” Alize said speaking to herself, “There’s nothing you can do now...just...try to survive and live with it.” Alize gave a small nod holding the book with her right hand and clenching the locket against her chest with her left hand.
Alize pushed the door open and immediately her ears were blasted with music though a hurting head was nothing to her if it meant she could find a good place to drink. A club wasn’t her first choice, but it was the closest to the job she had finished just in time she wasn’t exactly in party clothing, but it was good enough to get her inside, apparently this was a big, as in popular, place. Well the clubs name could easily give that away, they must have high expectations to be called ‘Ace of Clubs’ it didn’t make sense to Alize so she assumed it was play on words, which she normally didn’t understand. Alize was quick to move to the bar, take a seat, and slump over as her hair, put in a ponytail, hung to her side, and though she had just said she didn’t mind the loud music it was currently getting on her nerves. Alize flagged the bartender and ordered her first drink, which was way more expensive than the things she used to drink and quickly it was brought to her and placed in her sight.
Alize simply looked at the drink for a moment her arms hanging down lifelessly for a moment before reaching up to the necklace on her neck and looking at the half of the locket that remained on it. “...Yeah i need this drink...sorry sweetheart...” Alize gave a sigh letting the locket go so it could fall into view not bothering to stuff it back in her light jacket as she reached and took the drink quickly downing it then turning her head away from the now empty glass setting it down. “Damn! That’s strong...another please...” Alize said this as the glass was taken from her and she placed her arms on the counter burying her head in her arm, it was this month, she remembered it clearly what mother would forgot the birth month of their child? Alize sighed once again lifting her head after a few minutes to look at the name tattooed on her arm she simply stared at it, the name was clear anyone that could read could tell what it said though understanding the pain she felt about it was different. “Anne...mommy loves you so much...i hope you knew that...”
The next drink came and once again Alize stared at it before drinking it quickly, she could feel it starting to kick in and she was only two drinks in, how strong were these things? Though whatever she was feeling was quickly interrupted by the sounds of someone approaching her from behind, in her current mood she had half a mind to throw the glass at them and yell for them to go away. Though fighting against her incline for bad decisions when she had this stuff in her system she slid the glass away from her and turned to look back at the person who came to her. “What do you need kid?” Alize asked her voice insinuating her pure pain, her annoyance, as well as straining the word kid in a way to as if she had hoped they took it as an insult an left her alone. Her necklace hung down the picture open to be seen, it was one of a small young girl and the father of said girl, the two most who were the most important to her.
//Hello everyone! I’m Echo and i’m here with Alize an OC i once had in other group with just a bit more progression. This character though her activity was lacking at the time, was one of my three favorite in her old group so i hope she’s well received. Please like this post for a starter from Alize, the cap is 4.
//Hello everyone, I’d like to let any active people know that this blog will be soon refitted an repurposed for another group. So anything before this point is no longer active since said group is closed. My apologies.
Purpose: Questioning one's own actions, finding an answer even if it may be a temporary one
Alize set the drink down on the counter that she sat before staring down wood that seemed to darken the more she stared at it. Her gaze slowly moved to be at the empty drink her hand was around and moving the drink further onto the counter as if asking the supplier to hand her another and with that they did. Moving her hand to the new drink she wrapped her overly tight grip around it lifting the cup to her lips leaning back as she drank the contents of her cup, that was what? Five cups now? Still it didn’t affect her, her wits had hardly dimmed and her thoughts were still in order, her appetite had yet to grow as if something in her body wasn’t triggering like it normally did around this time. It was time to give up, no point in continuing to drink if the stuff wasn’t going to affect her in anyway. Five drinks...should just be a few pieces of...whatever...Alize just put the pieces of the metal payment on the counter and walked to the door and walked out of the establishment. Looking up at the stars something just seemed off tonight the stars were shining, it was a beautiful night, the breeze felt nice, the people in the city going all over thanks to the festival, though nothing interested her. Alize is a simple woman, in a town for heros.
Alize walked towards the exit of the town as people pushed passed her she could feel the dizziness starting to try and set in, she was tired more than anything, a lack of a home to stay in forced an unwanted lack of sleep onto her. Once Alize reached the gate’s edge it was like something in her stomach was telling her to run, ‘Run from the problem’ it felt like it said, and almost without a conscious choice Alize’s legs started to carry her out of the city at a fast pace. The moonlight reflected off the grass as one after another each hard step disturbed the silence that had set in the field, it wasn’t advised to be out in the field at night, but being in a cramped city brought back something to her, something she wanted to forget, something she just wanted to move past. Alize was carried by her own feet into a field that was darker than the rest, the moonlight may not hit the field, but it was perfect to just lay down and rest, monsters be damned she'd rather get attacked then have the memories forced into her mind. ‘Not yet’ Her mind told her as her run reduced to just gently wading through the tall grass, was there anything even out this far? Taking a small bottle from her side pack she quickly downed the contents of said bottle like it was nothing a soft shiver after wards “Bitter...” Alize said in a quiet tone as she walked her step slowly becoming more and more swayed until eventually she reached a part of the field where the moonlight only half hit, and with that her legs gave out making her fall back into the tall grass looking up at the clear night sky.
“Why did i even come to this city again?” Alize asked herself as she laid there giving it a few moments before she started to talk to herself. “Why did you come? You came to forget right?! Why spend every waking moment thinking about the past?!” Alize shouted this into the open field air, it was true she wanted to forget what happened, she wanted to open up to the people that might mean something to her. “I want to move forward, but it isn’t as easy as it sounds to do something like that...” She waited a moment. “Are you seriously going to let that one thing stop you?! You're the woman that...! It isn’t easy to open up after that, but lamenting on the past is only going to cause problems for the future! When will you realize that?!” Alize closed her eyes as if she had just been punched in the gut, being stuck on the past was causing her to be even more closed to other than she normally would have been. It seemed talking to herself struck some kind of cord in her mind the voice slowly echoed away on the gentle wind blowing through the field and soon after sobbing ensued, but it hardly lasted even five minutes as her eyes opened to return to the view on the sky. “I just want...to move on...be happy...is that really so hard?”
A simple wish, one that sounded so easy at first, was appearing to be her hardest challenge, it had been three years and she still hasn’t been able to get over the incident. Alize’s mind only kept linking things back to the point where it reminded her of her old life, but for now was just to let her mind rest as she looked up at the stars, it was so sound and quiet. Though the devastation in the world may never be ceasing why was everything appearing so calm now, everything was progressing, everything was moving, yet no noise sounded it was peaceful. Her breathing slowly fell into a rhythm, she wanted to join the world in the silent harmony that was provided to her for a change from the bustling community of the home she shared with the people recently. Heros, villians, normals, it was a mixed up match of people, but they all seemed mostly happy with the lives they lived and each have their own problems even the highest of heroes can have something nagging on their mind to drag them down now and then. So considering that how were they considered separate, different, how was she not like the heroes themselves...how was she not a hero? Alize came to the conclusion, despite the things that nag heroes they fight, against the odds they fight, they don’t give up, they only run if it is absolutely necessary. “One step at a time...” Alize said to herself. “And the first step, is a little rest” Alize said this turning onto her side her eyes slowly closing as she simply said one last thing. “I don’t want to be a hero, I want to be happy...and have a simple life.”
“Like...is there ever NOT a reason why people don’t talk to others? Of course i have my reasons, i’m just not as careless with who i trust anymore, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me you know? I’m so worried that if i get close to people they’ll just be taken from me again. So yeah...there...”
“Greatest weakness huh? Sorry to say but my greatest weakness has been used up and tossed aside like a dirty, bloody, rag...they destroyed my weakness a long time ago...my family was everything i’ve ever loved, the one thing i worked hardest for, and to be gone just like that...I...I want to be alone...please leave...”

Thraece had just gotten ready to head out for a day to practice some casting, now that she knew what she had been missing, and had been reading in preparation when she heard some noise outside. It sounded like someone yelling, and a cart accident of some kind. Opening the dorm door she heard a thud and looked down to see a woman, who looked tired and who couldn’t seem to stop herself from babbling, slightly incoherently. Thraece wondered if perhaps the woman had a head injury or something, the way she kept gripping her head.

Alize looked at the girl with the mentions of her look and several other part of her appearance, it’s true that a fight may have broke out in the tavern the night before, one that was hard won, but won all the same it was also the reason she got kicked out. Yeah she took a few punches, mainly to face, but a man can only hit so hard when he is at wits end on booze so it was nothing compared to hits she’d taken before, to be honest though it did sting and was making the headache even worse. Taking the girl's hand and using her to help stand up she put her hands in her pockets and gave a shrug, so it was Thraece, a name that wasn’t exactly easy to stick especially at this time. Slowly Alize accepted the girls invitation by inching her way inside not sure if she was actually allowed inside...wherever this was, she honestly had no idea where in the city she was.
“Yeah sure i guess...” Alize said as she inched her way further into the room and over to the desk where she pulled out the chair and started to wobble it slightly as if to test how sturdy it was. After assessing how sturdy the chair was she sat down, only to have it break from under her reaching out she grabbed the nearest thing to her, though it wasn’t nailed down or heavy so she just brought it with her as she fall once again. Now laying on the floor with closed eyes and the broken chair around her she sighed heavily. “I’ll pay for a replacement...” Taking a look at what she had grabbed it seemed to be some type of stone with a more clear look and solid feeling. “...Is this a rock?”
Alize questioned holding the stone up without standing up, her bad luck had struck once again and it only seemed to be putting her into even more debt than she owed before. She put the stone to the side and picked herself up off the floor on her own this time and picked up the stone putting it back on the desk. “I think i’ll just stand thank you...” Alize said afraid she would just manage to break another chair if she tried to sit down, it was apparently one of those days where her bad luck was striking more often than not, thank god it was nothing threatening yet though.
A door in the alley opened slowly as she gave a yawn stepping out with and empty bottle in her hand, Alize looked at the battle and quietly cursed reaching her free hand up to hold her head. A splitting pain in her head started to set in as she stumbled out into the walkway the light shining down in her eyes only making everything that much worse. Alize grumbled softly eventually shaking off her posture that was left from the night before, though her hair looked messy and her face a little roughed up though now she stood up straight in an elegant way. Alize reached into her pocket and pulled out the rimless glasses trying to hide the fact she bags under her eyes from the lack of sleep from the night before. As she walked she rubbed her eyes now and then causing her to wobble a bit on her path since she wasn’t able to see, though as she walked and did it a number of times she wobbled to the side a bit more until she ran directly into a merchant's cart of produce.
“Uh...oh sh** i uh...i’m sorry i didn’t mean to...pay for them? Yeah sure how much..?” Waiting for a response while opening her pouch of money she wasn’t very surprised to find it had almost been emptied the night before. “Wait how much?! I don’t have enough to pay for that! Look i’ll pay you back I-I promise!” Alize bent down quickly picking up an apple and flicking a piece of copper as payment to the guy to distract him as she took off running with her small piece of food. Repeating curses in her mind as she could hear the guy shouting for someone to catch her while she attempted to sprint through the crowds coming though the market area. “No No No, why bad luck, why now, you’ve really done it in for me..” Alize ran and pushed keeping a hand on her new piece of food. “Just a little bit more and they’d give up the chase and-” Just as Alize turned her head to look where she was running a door had opened up in front of her and she couldn’t stop herself. “F**K!”
Alize fall back on her back her apple flying into the air a she did, a loud tud echoed in the air just before she sat up rubbing her head again, there was the splitting headache again. Alize looked up at the girl that was standing there in the doorway looking at her with book in her hand, she looked smart. “Oh uh hey...i kinda just ran into the door i’m alright, by the way, the name is-” Just as she was about to speak her name her apple hit her on the top of her head and rolled into the street only to be rolled over by a carte. “DA**IT! My food...Now what am i supposed to eat...? Anyways the name is-” And yet another apple hit her on the top of her head only to be grabbed a child running by. “Uh...alright then...the name is...Ali-” Yet another apple fell on her head and into the street, now annoyed Alize looked up ready to yell at who was dropping apples on her head only to see a crate of apples overflowing and about to fall. Quickly Alize moved out of the way just as the crate was saved from falling, a sigh of relief left her lips. “Uh so...My name is Alize...may i know the name the person who just smushed my face into a door? No hard feeling by the way, i know it wasn’t on purpose.”
