Who is your favourite demon slayer character and why...?

hgghgjsdhkjsd im so sorry this has been sitting in my asks FOREVER but i never got to answering it because... well, if you have seen my absurd posting schedule, you know hahah 😅😅😅

BGHHHH this is such a hard question because the characters in demon slayer are unfairly well-written T_T it's almost impossible for me to choose kdshdlkdssd. But if I had to choose one, it would probably be Tanjiro.

I always tend to be really really drawn towards main characters in shows (izuku from bnha, yuuji from jjk, and the like) but Tanjiro has got to be my favourite of them all. People tend to tone him down to that “classic sunshine-y shounen MC” thing, but like!!! There’s so much more to him than that 😔😔😔 and I WISH people would talk about that more. He has dealt with so much, and shoulders responsibilities no one his age should have to shoulder, and it’s just... BGHHHH he has so much potential!!! Every taisho secret or little extra gives us that much more insight into what type of person he beyond his kindness, and that needs to be explored more T_T
