Hi anon. This is funny to me for a number of reasons, chiefly you calling them blood sport dogs as if the dogs themselves are the ones organizing fighting rings and not humans.

TLDR; the behaviors that people most associate with pit bull and staffy breeds can be attributed to the fighting rings that HUMANS forced them into and bred them to participate in. Yes they are powerful dogs, but are more often than not good natured especially when properly trained.

And for what it’s worth, I’ve been charged by two dogs in my life, and they were both dachshunds.
