Good i'm proud of you - they're out of your life, if this were 50 years ago they'd probably stay out of your mind as well while you lived on with no update of what they're doing or feeling. You'd probably be moving on from them like you're supposed to.

You did check their page(s)? That's ok, too. Just know what it's doing to you. Know that it's not productive to healing, your mental well- being, and certainly not giving any hope for being a catalyst in rekindling any sort of relationship you hope to have.

I had my temptation person blocked for weeks because I didn't have the discipline to avoid searching their name; they noticed and thought it was out of hatred when most times it was to save myself and help me get over probably the hardest relationship I've had to get over so far (I fucked up, the demise was mostly my fault which made my guilt acidic in my soul). I can say i'm doing better. I slip up every now and then and somehow in this stupid day in age we have these platforms of self expression so personalized and God do I feel the rush of love come back just from seeing their face, let alone their mind's random vomits on a tumblr page or whatever. But doing that honestly ruins my day, because the relationship is dead. It's just dead. And I keep it living by checking, and reigniting those feelings within me that should've died with what we had.
