I don’t want to pressure you or make you feel pressured but I have been really enjoying gayer than a piece of tape and portraying these men in a position they would hate actually gives me a sense of joy because I know it would piss them off if they knew it existed and making homophobic awful men mad or uncomfortable, even if it is only in theory makes me extremely happy. Again, if you need to take a step back and not write it anymore I completely understand.

hello! if i've been noticing correctly, you've stopped mentioning a certain mupchuck in gtapot... any chance you would ever write mcdrai? ik you've got the mcstrome subplot going on so i totally understand if not!!

I've always been more of a mcstrome girlie, although I do admit mcdrai can be veryyy buzzy at times. I probably won't change the plot now but if I had realised how shitty a certain florida rat was, I could have been convinced to do a mcdrai storyline

I’ll start with I freaking LOVE gtapot, it was one of the first ao3 fics I started reading and I swear I’ve reread it at least six times now.

Also, I realized every time I see “gtapot” I say it in my head as “gay pot” and it made so much sense in my head until my tired self a few days ago through a haze figured out it was in fact not “gay pot”

honestly, gay pot would also fit. it makes me think of all of them floating around in a giant pot and me fishing a few of them out every now and then and putting them in Situations

but yeah no, I just use gtapot because "gayer than a piece of tape" is a very long title to write out so I just gave it the good old fantasy novel treatment and abriviated it

I just barely stopped myself from rage-deleting all my fic google docs because hockey players and hockey culture in general is pissing me off so badly

I love writing fic, reading your reactions, and talking to you guys, but fuckkk, it sucks to once again get such a blatant confirmation that hockey will never love me the way I love it and writing fic about men who are partying with the fbi director and giggling with trump feels gross and wrong right now. I just can't ignore their real-life actions

I wanted to update gtapot in a few days and I'm making good progress on the mikkolehky fic too, but idk. I think I'm going to take some time and reflect, and then decide what to do

I love chatfics, but there aren't a lot of them, so I decided to become the change I want to see in the world and start writing my own.

also, I wanted to write fic but had a hard time finding time to write a long-form one and I can write a new gtapot chapter fairly quickly and they don't have to be as interconnected as chapters of a "normal" fic would be
