A day in the life of Daniel J. Starks Danielâs agenda is always full of things and tasks he has to complete. To fit it all in, itâs a must to start early. He wakes up every day at 6 oâclock which makes him a real early-bird. He always says that sleep is wasted on a true businessman.
He quickly takes a shower and then spends an hour answering his emails. He also reads most of the news online. A CEO definitely needs to know whatâs going on in the world!
Daniel is an example to his staff which means he always gets to work before everyone else and leaves after everyone else. As soon as he arrives at the office he asks his secretary if there are any urgent problems to be solved or things to be discussed. Around 9 oâclock he gathers all the managers together in the meeting room. He indicates the important stats and facts and tells them what he expects. He wants no mistakes this time! Daniel thinks that if you want to make it big, then hard work is what you must do. Not by outsourcing your work to another person but by doing as much as you can, as fast as you can. In a fast changing world, time really is money!
At lunchtime Daniel mostly goes to a very classy restaurant with an important customer. They discuss products and prices but they also talk about their family and life in general. Â He sees customers as real people that should be treated with respect and he always tries to maintain good personal relations.
In the afternoon he sits together with a team of scientists. A new prototype of a pacemaker has been developed. Daniel will have to talk to the press any time soon. But first he needs to be very well informed.
When he finally gets home after an exhausting day, his wife Julia has already made dinner. Afterwards he gets back to work on his laptop. He answers emails and makes long phone calls. Being a workaholic is the only way for him to be at the best of his capabilities and to keep track of everything around him.
His day ends with a couple of whiskeys and falling asleep on the couch.

For years he has felt helpless because he couldnât support the poor financially.Â
Goals Daniel J. Starks is a very ambitious self-made man. He grew up in a very severe family where high grades and achievement were essential. He started from the bottom, by working very hard he reached the top. He has always believed in the American dream. He was taught never to give up and to reach out for your dreams. Despite being a well-off CEO he never forgets about the less wealthy people. Thatâs why he chose to work in the medical sector, so ihe can give something back to society.Â
Likes and dislikes He loves to play golf with his friends on Friday. He doesnât like to be late for a meeting.
Lifestyle He eats very healthily, but he doesnât often practice sports. He prefers to read books in his spare time rather than to go to the gym. He is very dynamic and he doesnât sleep very long. He is not a family man, his priority is his work. He smokes a lot because heâs often stressed. Most of the time he wears suits.Â

It is a well-known fact that men, not women, are meant to hold high offices. That is also Uceaâs philosophy! In the future we will strongly advocate this man-woman divide! It will make us a stronger country. A strong country, supported by strong people with strong finances.

Objectives towards the tourists
We want to improve our tourist facilities by building new, modern hotel complexes, the pick of the bunch! By the end of 2020 income from tourism must have increased by 15 %.
Our highly skilled engineers have developed a new tourist project âAlexandriaâ, a city in the middle of the desert. The concept will be completed by 2017 so that Uceaâs tourist offices can start to promote Alexandria in other countries.
Objective towards the citizens of Ucea
Ucea is willing to make education and health care accessible for less wealthy people. The main objective of King Ragna is to improve Uceaâs image within 10 years. Our slums must be turned into better places by renovating the outside and giving them a fresh summer colour. That will remove the negative image with which they are associated.
Ucea is the ideal place to enjoy the sun. not only at its wide tropical beaches but also in the desert which covers a large part of the country. The most popular activity is camel riding.

Ucea is located in Northern Africa, the capital is Stetera. With its population of 50 million people.Â
A big gapbetween rich and poor, wealthy people can afford health insurance but the poorcanât afford it and live in slums. In the suburbs there is a lot of violence. 20% of the inhabitants own 80% of the countryâs riches.
Climate is stifling and warm. A desert covers a large part of the country. Droughts are a regular occurrence.
