Pumping milk is not an easy task. At the beginning, it can be so frustrating. Here you think you're feeding baby 👶 lots and then all you're able to pump is an ounce. But keep in mind, how much you pump is unrelated to how much baby gets from nursing. Experts recommend squeezing your breast as you pump to get more milk to flow out. Also, with experience it will become less daunting 🍼 So keep at it! But no, you'll never get used to the sound 🔊 🤣

Ready for a beautiful breastfeeding journey? Gorgeous Mama @coco.alvarado has shared her amazing story with us. Here it is in her own words: "Here is my sweet Ena babe and I from the first day to now. Breastfeeding has been one of the most eye opening journeys that I have ever been on. It literally tests everything fiber in your body, your patience, your love, your selflessness, your trust in yourself. Not to mention your courage, respect and faith not only in God but in yourself. I remember in those first hours of latching and trying to figure this out, I was thinking to myself, am I cut out for this. I was a gypsy spirited, fly by the seat of your pants kind of girl, and here is this beautiful new soul who will require the most anyone has required from me before. Here we are 9 almost 10 months later still going, no end in sight. I am one of the first women to breastfeed in my family and I am damn proud of that.
