Kiss of Death
Anna blinked a few times, staring down at him, and everything in her was screaming no. No, no, don’t you dare, don’t do this again, this is a LIE all he can do is lie-
But … he looked so genuine. And the influence won over the rationality. Anna’s big heart was more susceptible than anything, and she spoke quietly as she accepted his forgiveness.
"I…accept…your apology." she sounded almost confused at herself, and then repeated it again, to make sure it was right. "I accept your apology, Hans."
Of course she would. He hid his smile when his head was bowed and quickly sobered the moment he brought himself back onto his feet. "Thank you, your highness."
Hans pulled up his hood again and spared a glance to the rest of the garden before forcing out a sigh. "I know you'd rather have me gone now, and I don't blame you. Goodbye, Princess Anna."
Of course he had no real intentions of leaving, but his plan was to manipulate and get her to say the things needed to be said without her realizing she wasn't in her own control.
And those pheromones were very persuasive.
