The Julia Set crop circle appeared across the highway from Stonehenge in Wiltshire, England in July of 1996. It became known as Julia Set because of its similarity to the mathematical fractal of the same name. The formation was remarkable not only because of its complexity and beauty but also due to several anomalies associated with its discovery.

The formation was first spotted from an aircraft at 6:15 PM. The pilot crossed over the field with a passenger at 5:30 PM and both reported that there was no formation in the field at that time. This is corroborated by a gamekeeper and security guard at Stonehenge who said the design was not there earlier. The pilot landed his plane at the nearest airfield, the passenger disembarked, and the pilot refueled for another flight. The pilot took off again and crossed the field at 6:15 PM when he saw the Julia Set formation in the field. At about the same time (6:30 PM) his previous passenger drove past Stonehenge to see cars pulled off the side of the highway.

The intricate crop circle seems to have appeared in only a matter of 45 minutes in broad daylight next to a crowded, busy highway. Wiltshire police were interviewed and reported that they received many calls just before 6:00 PM reporting several cars pulled over on the side of the highway causing a hazard. An alleged witness from that day in 1996 was interviewed by a crop circle researcher, Lucy Pringle, in 2009 and she stated that the crop design appeared before her eyes under a cloud of “white mist”.

It was reported that the mist was 2-3 ft. above the ground and swirled in a circular motion as the crop design began appearing underneath it. The witness stated that the mist grew larger and swirled faster as the design itself got larger. “The mist wasn’t anything from the ground as there was a clear space between the ground and the mist. There was no wind and no dust. It was the strangest thing I have ever seen. It was a calm summer’s day.”

When asked how long she stayed witnessing this, she said that it was hard to say, but maybe 20 minutes or so. She couldn’t be sure because she says she lost track of time because she couldn’t believe what she was seeing. When she left, the mist was still there, but whether or not the design was completed, she couldn’t say.

Many variations of the Julia Set have appeared after the original Single Julia Set, such as the Triple Julia Set (appeared 23 days after original, July 1996 in Windmill Hill, England) and the Double Triple Julia Set (August, 2001, Milk Hill, England):

My thoughts about the sighting in LA yesterday

Many sources are "confirming" that the UFO we saw in the sky over LA yesterday was a secret military weapon test.

-Now the thing that i don't quite understand, is why would the military perform secret weapon tests in one of the busiest cities in the US ? I would be very happy if goverment answered that question for us...

Those lights were a "secret military rocket" the same way they told us Roswell was a surveillance balloon.

Give us the truth already.

Betty and Barney Hill Abduction (1963)- New Hampshire,United States

 One of the most interesting and convincing cases is the abduction

of Betty and Barney Hill. The couple was driving home at night on Interstate  Route 3 in New Hampshire after a short vacation in Canada, when they  noticed a while light in the sky.

Barney got out of the car to look at the object through his binoculars. The light  got closer and it looked like a pancake shaped object with windows revealing  occupants. They got scared and went back home and realized they had lost a  couple of hours without them realizing it.

Betty started having nightmares about aliens and Barney had severe back. A  respected psychiatrist in Boston, Massachusetts, felt they were suffering from  anxiety syndrome and put them both under hypnosis.

He was convinced that they were abducted by the aliens. During the hypnosis  sessions, both revealed separately that they were abducted by bald aliens about five feet tall, green skin and large heads. They said their skin, nail and hair samples were taken. Betty said they inserted a long needle into her naval,

which they said was a pregnancy test and Barney had to provide a semen specimen.

One aspect of this investigation that cannot be explained to this day is that in  1963, Betty Hill drew a very detailed map of a star system that was only  discovered later in 1969. She said she was shown this map by the aliens.  Astronomers at Ohio State University compared their computer generated

map with this one and both were completely alike.

Kenneth Arnold Sighting (1947) – Washington, United States

Just before 3 o’clock in the afternoon, Kenneth Arnold, a private pilot and a fire  control equipment salesman from Boise, Idaho, was taking a flight over the  Cascade Mountains looking for the remains of a lost C-46, over which there was a $5,000 reward being offered.   Arnold did not find the missing aircraft but he saw a bright flash of light and spotted nine brilliant objects, with the lead object a little higher than the rest,  moving south toward Mount Rainer. He calculated their speed at 1,700 miles  per hour which was an impossible speed. The main object looked like a dark  crescent; the other eight objects were flat and disc-shaped. Arnold estimated  their chain length to be five miles long. They disappeared soon after. A new  era of unidentified flying objects began after this widely publicized sighting in  the United States. In fact, it was his descriptions that gave rise to the now  common terms “flying disk” and “flying saucer.”
