"You were right about him..He cheated on me."
He slyly smiled at her comment, or at least it seemed to be one. “I’m not really that deep; it’s just the way I grew up, y’know. I’ve been alone my whole life, so I managed to get to know the world, there wasn’t really anything, or one to distract me. When there isn’t much there for you, there’s less to care about, so I don’t really have to put my focus on anyone, I can just learn my surroundings, and worry about myself.” As depressing as it sounds, it was the truth. Zakk was actually very grateful that he didn’t grow up with anything to bother him, because if he did, he would be in a way worst state then he is now. He’s actually in a good spot for someone who grew up without anyone to care for him. “A lot of people don’t even know where their life is at the moment. I’m actually really glad to say that I’m learning my way around this world, and I can see myself successful in the future, unlike a lot of people.” He knew it wasn’t actually that easy, but he’ll just act like it is and satisfy himself with his thoughts.
“Well yeah, I just have a lot of things I need to say. I’m not just going to keep it bottled inside of me, I’ll express everything to the mist air. It’s really all I have to do to satisfy myself. Most people just keep things to their selves, I don’t get why though, if you have something to say, just say it, even its not scientifically alive.” He shrugged, biting on his bottom lip as so. “That’s not a good man, I mean it’s good to be focused on the present, but if you keep this up, I see you as a hooker in the future, making their money off getting laid with total strangers. Or maybe, a victim of a ‘sugar daddy’. I don’t know, but it doesn’t look very bright. Get your rep up, so you can get a good career. Unless of course, you got a wealthy family, then you got it the easy way out.” He replied, I don’t know why hes always telling people what they should do with their life to be honest. “I’m just kidding, It’s beautiful. Mine is the worst, I still wonder what she was thinking when she gave birth to me.” You’re acting weird Zakk.
Allison was envious of him, his words actually spoke to her. All of her friends talked about who was sleeping with who and what the lastest fashion is so it was nice for her to have a conversation with someone about a real topic. Her dark brown hues gazed over at him as she gave him a supportive smile, "I think you'll be successful too. Probably the next bill gates or something. I should probably get your autograph and save it actually." She teased even though there was a lot of truth behind her words, "Just don't forget to have fun too. I mean, you're still young, and spending your whole life being too serious could end up being a bad thing." As she let out a content sigh her lips slowly curved into a smile, "You know, I wish there were more people like you. The world is full of ignorance but if at least everyone had a conversation with you, I bet we'd all have our shit together."
"That's the thing.." She mumbled as she closed her eyes, "I am from a wealthy family and I model..Money isn't a problem for me..But that shouldn't be an easy way out, you know? I'm almost twenty one and my life is a complete mess. I didn't even go to college. Isn't that pathetic?" There was definitely something comforting about talking to someone about her life but she knew she should stay quiet before she scared him away. "I liked your name. It's cool." She added with a small giggle escaping her lips.
"Who wouldn’t agree. It’s actually really rare for someone to actually care, but even if they did care, they’d give the least effort to finding a solution to the problem, So yeah, they just shrug it off. Like, if someone was dying, obviously i’d care, but i’d just put their health into someone else hands. Most people consider that effort, but i just see that as giving up on someone. Cheesy example but whatever." He was always the type of person to take a couple of words, and turn it into something totally different, that really no one wants to hear. All he really did was complain about how messed up his generation was, but he was actually making a point. "Yeah, I’m actually pretty satisfied with my choice, although I am a fool who’s satisfied with their own pride, its not a big deal, but thanks."
"I’ve learned a lot, actually. This world can make a lot out of one person. I’ve always wanted to make a change, but in all honesty, I have no Idea how to. You ought to learn how to live in this world without getting knocked up and just pretending reality isn’t there, because where is all of this going to get you in the future. You gotta do something with your life. It can’t be the same stuff everyday, don’t you get bored with that?" Excuse him, it was midnight, he felt like he could say whatever, although he sounded like a complete weirdo. "Allison, pretty name. I’ve honestly heard better, but its still pretty."
She listened to his words with full interest. She's not used to being around people who seemed so intelligent and passionate, it honestly astonished her.As she listened to him a small smile appeared on her lips and all she could do is nod her head to agree, "You're a very deep person." Was all she said as he finished, "You know, I don't meet very many people like you..It's nice." She admitted as she laid back a bit.
She rolled her eyes at his words before shaking her head, "You're a very vocal person too, aren't you?" She teased before shrugging her shoulders, "I'm not focused on the future, I'm focused on right now." Although that wasn't true, everyday she wondered what her future would be like. If she'd have a family, what job she would pursue, it gave her a lot of anxiety so she tried to push it out of her head. "Well thanks, next time i'll tell me mom to find a better one." she joked.
I'm so tired, I'm about to pass out. Goodnight! Replies in the morning.
"Uh, no. Everything okay?"
"I'm glad you brought that up actually..Can I get your help with something?"
Alex looked down at his phone, responding to a text message he got from his producer. Giving a small smile before turning to look at her. “You know your’e so beautiful babe?” He chuckled lightly. He sped off as the light turned green before looking at her again, putting one hand on her thigh, rubbing it softly. “You are literally the most perfect thing in my life.”
Allison smiled wide as she heard his words, she couldn't help but laugh softly as she turned her gaze to him. "Stop, you're gonna make me blush." She said with a soft pout on her features before raising an eyebrow "What's got you in such a cute mood?" She curiously asked as she leaned over a bit.
"Well, in reality there’s not going to be anyone who’s going to listen to you, and actually care or put an effort to help. So, I just come here when it’s empty and rant to, nothing basically. I can handle my own problems." He replied with a soft shrug. He stared up at the stars as her, there wasn’t and particular reason he adored the night sky, he just did. It actually made him pretty upset how people rarely appreciate it. "Right? The mist, fresh air, and the gloaming night sky, it just does something to you." He said with a soft smile.
He put his attention back on the female, his eyes fluttering towards her. “So, basically you’re a person who goes out and hits up with some drinks, meets a random stranger, and hits it up with them before even learning their name, just to escape reality and the world, escape the misery and the judgment, and you go out and knock yourself on a daily basis so you don’t have to deal with the real word; in society’s words, you’re a whore? or at least I’m guessing? But, I’m right, right?” And he said that all with a smirk. Damn Zakk, don’t start putting words into someones mouth. "That’s good, I guess. I’m Zakk by the way, and you?"
"That's a bit cynical but..I have to agree. There's millions of people that you will tell you no matter what they'll always be there for you, and maybe they will..Maybe you can trust them and rant to them but in all honestly, they just don't care. Everyone has their own problems to deal with." She normally wasn't like this, she was a very guarded person and if she could avoid showing emotion or talking about feelings, she would. "By the way, not doing drugs anymore was probably a good idea on your part." She added as she looked back up to the night sky.
As she heard his words her eyes widened a bit, he was completely right about everything and it scared her, she felt almost as if she was an open book. Looking at the street she couldn't help but laugh gently, "Looks like you've learned a few things from staying up until two and hanging out outside." She teased before looking over at him, "I'm Allison. It's nice to meet you."
"Have I ever told you how perfect you are?" {She obviously wants something.}
He looked up at the female, studying and getting use to her features. “Well yeah, it’s like 2 in the morning, usually no one is here when I am.” He replied with a faint shrug. “Its alright. I was just talking to myself. I come here often actually, basically just to tell the empty air what I’m thinking. It get’s pretty lonely, but I guess I like that.” Zakk ended, giving the girl a soft smile.
He sighed and pressed his body back down onto the cold, filthy ground. In all honesty, he didn’t give the least care about the piles of dirty he was laying on, it didn’t even really occur to him that he was laying on that; he just loved the feeling of fresh air. His eyes fluttered onto the girl, a soft smirk taking upon his lips. “So, what are you doing in the streets this late? All dolled up.” Out of all the possibility’s of reasons she would be out this late, a majority of them weren’t exactly sugar and sweets.
She studied his looks as she listened to his words, he was right, she had never seen the city so quiet. Then again she was usually intoxicated and oblivious whenever she would be out this late at night. She nodded his head in agreement to his words as she took a seat next to him, "That's a pretty good idea, at least you're getting your feelings out there. Even if it isn't to an actual person." She let a soft sigh escape her pale lips as she looked up at the stars, "It's beautiful out here though, I don't blame you for coming out here. I feel as if I could say all my secrets right now just because of how calm it is."
She finally glanced back over at him once she heard his questions, she shrugged her shoulders as she rested her chin on the palm of her hand, "Everyday I get up, go to work, come home, get dressed, go out, and then end up in someone elses bed with a major headache and then I repeat." She explained, "Tonight I felt like doing something different. Little did I know it would hurt my feet so bad." She teased as she took off her high heels and set them to curb.
— The moon hung , as it had a slight gloom in the midnight sky. The air was slightly chilled; not a soul was to be seen out in the streets at this time. Zakk rested in the middle of the empty street, wearing a plain hoodie with some baggy sweatpants, watching the streetlights change from color to color.
It was the little moments like these Zakkiry enjoyed. He wasn’t the type of male to be unfaithful for the moments where he can spend time alone, and just, think. "Sometimes, this weird wave of reality come over me. I realize, there’s no one out there to save me, I gotta save myself. Lately, I’ve been trying out drugs and stuff like that, just to see how it works, y’know? But, that wave of reality, it just takes me in, and tells me that, that’s not the solution; It tells me, if I want something good to happen, I have to put effort and work into, y’know, — life.”
He let out a soft sigh. Was he talking to anyone? No; but it wasn’t anything new, he basically just let out his cheesy thoughts to himself, all the time. He closed his eyes and just let his thoughts swirl through his mind. Obviously, he was frightened when something made contact with him. He jumped a little bit, sitting up as so. “You scared me; I didn’t expect anybody to come here.”
The room was hot, the music was blasting and the people were obnoxious. Another night, yet another club. Allison never failed to make her appearance but tonight was different. She showed up, had a drink and found every reason there was to leave. She was sick of doing the same thing every single night. It got boring seeing the same people with the same problems. She left the club and began walking home to her apartment, it was quiet, much more enjoyable. As she focused on the sidewalk that was lit up by the moonlight she heard someone speaking. It scared her a bit so she slowed down and listened closely. As she noticed a boy talking to himself she stood a couple inches away, she knew he was oblivious to her presents and that's exactly how she wanted it. As she heard his words she frowned a bit, she understood what he was saying, she related to it. She bit down on her lip and contemplated if she should say anything or not and for awhile she had her mind set on ignoring him and walking home but as she got closer she made eye contact with him and realize how much she scared him. "You didn't expect anyone to come outside? On a public street?" She questioned with a small laugh, "I'm sorry I scared you. I didn't mean to." She apologized with a gentle smile, "I couldn't help but overhear you."
"C'mon, let's do something exciting tonight."
"Look, please don’t cry. I can’t— I can’t handle seeing you cry. You know it was for the best, Alli. I never meant to hurt you."
"Well you did a really good job at it. Just..Leave me alone. I never wanna see you again."
"So, were all those things you said to me just lies?"
“Life can be so difficult at times, but fighting through the pain is so worth it. It’s better to feel every kind of emotion than not feel at all.”
