This fandom is old, coming up on 20 years, so you’ll have to do some digging. Luckily, I’m a fandom archivist, and I’ve got some stuff on standby. You won’t be able to avoid the ship entirely (the very first fic for the fandom was about them, back in January 2007, less than 2 weeks after the film premiered), but you can certainly find non-Jedtavius spaces.
The NatM Zine is a good place to start. It has a bit of Jedtavius in it, but the majority of the art is dedicated to the rest of the cast.
Dedicated Blogs
For the Love of NatM: A blog cataloging the exhibits’ inspiration and histories, and the live updates for SotT when it was being promoted. Inactive since 2016.
Levy Elementary: An AU where everyone is in the same elementary school class. Has a Jedtavius subplot, most of the posts are about everyone else. Active from 2015 to 2016.
Five Nights at the Museum: A horror comedy AU where the Tablet gives the exhibits evil tendencies and supernatural powers. Pretty general with some Tablet Guardians undertones. Ahk is actively decomposing. Inactive since 2015.
A Museum Without Kahmunrah: Taking place after the events of BotS, the Henchman Squad try to figure out what to do after Kah’s defeat. The artist is still active, so send in some asks!
museummovies: The official blog, run by Fox from 2015 to 2016, and has the most unhinged GIFs you’ll ever find. Their only Jedtavius post is the infamous April Fools post.

Ships: Lists every ship that I’ve seen, including names given to up-and-coming rare pairs.
Library: On the sidebar, there’s links to various pages for ships including Capoleon, Courtly Love, Canon X OC, and a dedicated Rare Pairs page. The Jedtavius stuff is kept on its own page as well, so you won’t see it often on the other pages unless it’s a multi-ship fic.
And, of course, you can always post non-Jedtavius stuff! This fandom goes through a “feast or famine” model, since it’s so closely tied to education (often shown on the last day of the semester), so if the Jedtavius seems overwhelming rn, that’s why.
Show us what you have: headcanons, “what ifs”, fics, art, voice acting, anything! Give the lesser-seen characters the love they deserve!
