I want to write a schizophrenic AU for something. I want to do my research and try to portray it accurately, however I’m not entirely sure how well google will be for actual experiences so if you are schizophrenic I would love to know what it’s like. How do your days go? What medications do you take and how do they help? Doctors appointments? Have you been in psychiatric care? If so how was it? How do people react? What hallucinations do you get? What are they like? What was your childhood with it like? And I would really like to know about being an adolescent with schizophrenia. I’m not trying to be rude, I just want to be accurate.
