Security vehicle blocking the opposite curb Every. Single. Night. Not to mention the fact that this person parks on the sidewalk, hence blocking access. Can't cross the street and the sidewalk is on the other side is closed for construction.
Keep your pets/fake service dogs out of the transit system. It takes one bad incident to ruin a legitimate service dog team. Vest and (provincial) certification are required in this city!
ETA: Ironically, I had my camera out to record another fake service dog team that had gotten on the train with me, and semi-harassed me, only to come across this couple as I disembarked.
