Some character designs with some…atypical color choices? I guess. I don’t know what’s going on in that area.

This is Nimona and her supervillain friend (He doesn’t have a name yet, I’m working on that). Nimona is his sidekick/squire, they’re like the Batman and Robin of slightly Medieval villains, but she’s actually way more evil than him. He does what he does to make a point, and he doesn’t really want anyone get hurt - Nimona just gets a kick out of destroying stuff.

I’m going to attempt to make a two page comic with them? We’ll see how this goes.

yk its already 4pm here but i havent slept a wink since yesterday and i probably wont be able to go to bed for the next few days. my insomnia is absolutely raging rn lol.

because its so sad, after the hours we spent standing to attend rallies, withstanding the heat of the sun, screaming at the top of our lungs and standing amongst a very tight crowd of people. i walked like 5km (even more) to get home at 2am several times because i couldnt ride any vehicles after rallies, my body hurts the next day and my feet are full of blisters and wounds..... and now...... we just.... watch this obviously rigged elections take fold?

God. It hurts, it really hurts so bad. I'm so tired. I'm so mad.

but this isnt time to lose hope. We're the voice of those who can't speak. We fight for those who can't fight.

btw unless you fully understand the political climate in the philippines you dont get to comment on it. of course the media wont talk about us being guinea pigs for cambridge analytica, the us bailing out the marcos family, vote buying being so common here there are basically no attempts to hide it anymore, the VERY suspicious elections where countless vcms were broken for hours, people being completely unable to vote, election results somehow magically being transmitted so quickly to comelec, a comelec official promoting unsafe practices that leave ballots exposed to tampering, MULTIPLE comelec officials either being appointed by duterte or have connections to marcos (imee marcos, his fucking sister, is the chairwoman of electoral reforms) etc etc. like its so so much more complicated than “filipinos are so stupid they let marcos win”

I’ve missed this (I’ve been taking a Twitter holiday for the last month, for my own mental health), but I can imagine. I’m sorry. 

Trans women are women. Trans men are men.  Trans rights are human rights. I’m sorry that some people have such a hard time getting their heads around that. But the world is changing, and history is with you.

This, from 13 months ago, has just been noticed by transphobes, who have been screenshotting it, announcing that I'm jumping onto a bandwagon and they won't read my books any more. So I thought I'd reblog it, because there may be some trans men or trans women out there who need reassurance, and this might help. (Thank you to all the people who turned up on my Twitter feed hoping for a fight for reminding me to reblog it, even if that wasn't what you thought you were doing.)
