Anderson would definitely let those kids trick or treat. He may be pious, but he would let the children have fun. Like if Enrico calls him up on a mission he would tell him off "Can't do any crusading tonight. I promised the kids they could go trick or treating."
Anderson knows there's always some shit going on during Halloween but he'd still go out with his kids just so he could make them smile and watch over them. If there's even one person of thing that stands out he's taking them out like Jack the Ripper
It'd be freaking hilarious to think that on faithful Halloween night, some poor sap opens their door—candy bowl in hand— to see a behemoth of a man towering over some children.
Plus points if Anderson's on costume too.
