Sorry to go onto antis like this, I would much rather be uplifting the character I love with fanart and fanon muses but something I noticed with Anti-Hinata peeps and their Anti-Hinata neverending hate essays within her tag (And not the Anti Tag) is that the hatred for Hinata is special—-different from when other characters get hate. When other characters get hate, it is often led by a slew of manga panels, and highlighted words. Deconstruction of those words and gestures.

Antis of Hinata have to not only dismiss all canon panels of her but include alot of their own interpretations—-or in this case—- ‘negative space’, in order to justify why she is a ‘no-back-bone’ character. it necessitates their (amazing) selective reading skill that removes half of her canon events to prioritize their own narrative. Like when they point to Hinata's limited screentime or panels--which to them-- I notice, is (absence of evidence) as proof that she has no character arc or personality (which they conclude as a evidence of absence) Disregarding existing canon, such as her displays of leadership - Smacking Naruto to prevent him from falling into despair. By reminding him of their shared "ninja way" and the weight of the lives lost for his sake. - Field Commanding and assisting in monitoring the second division's movements with her byakugan. Taking over tracking duties when Neji became exhausted. Hinata steps in to take over the scouting, reassuring Neji and demonstrating her growth as a leader within the Second Division

-Self Sacrifice , Her intervention against Pain is a manifestation of her belief that protecting the people you love is more important than personal safety. Which is on par with the belief that 'Those who abandon their friends are worse than scum.' - Dismissing Naruto's confession to her to save Hanabi. Character Growth / Displays of her own philosophy. - Despite being physically and psychologically overwhelmed, she refuses to back down from Neji. - Rejecting Fate: During her fight with Neji, she directly challenges the Hyuga belief in fixed destiny, arguing that Neji is the one suffering most from trying to enforce the fate he claims to despise - Vowing to change ; following Naruto's departure for training, she makes a personal vow to become a stronger person. - Proud Failure Speech, before Naruto's match with Neji, Hinata shares her opinion that making mistakes and being weak is not a source of shame, but a source of strength because it provides the opportunity to pick oneself up and grow. - Adopting Naruto's Philosophy and choice. "I never go back on my word" during the Chunin Exams. - She voices her belief that Neji's Sacrifice was not just for Naruto, but for the collective bond they all share. Reinforcing a philosophy of interconnectedness. Kindness - Acknowledging the outcast: As a child, she was the first to see Naruto's worth and admired him while the rest of the village shunned him. - After Naruto's fight with Kiba, Hinata offers him a healing ointment for his wounds. - Supporting Kiba's dream to become Hokage. While he is ignored by others, Hinata speaks up to tell him she has heard him. To ensure he feels seen. - Empathy for Neji. Despite Neji's outward hostility. Hinata consistently treats him with respect. Calling him Neji-nii-san. (While it literally refers to a male sibling, it is also frequently used for older male cousins, close family friends, or respected young men within a community.) and recognizing that he is the one suffering most under the curse mark system. Inspite of her lack of screentime and limited canon panels; she manages to almost always display her own virtues within every moment she was given. Without fail. Which is why I see a lack of panels, and highlighted words within their posts "critiquing" her character. Because in order to actively critique her-- you have to actively ignore canon. To be purposely ignorant and rely on her "negative space" to construct delusions about her character..

Why are some horror games so silly shdgehei.. my sister was showing me clips of some and it’s just a person walking in a very nice, easily 800k house while doing a task. What is that atmosphere. There was “scary” counting down until you complete the task but like.. ok?! You’re in a very nice house wheres the scary.. and she showed me a scary game where a t-rex is somehow there and chasing you.. but you’re also in a very nice house that’s easily like 900k 😭😭😭 the lighting also just an average day not even night like what is this?! Come on guys.

AAAUUGHHHHH I watched The Backrooms and I just love Clark so fucking much!! Holy shit!! I love morally fucked up characters who make the wrong choices and you just watch them create their own downfall but you just wanna dig in their brain and see more! CAPTAIN!! And the Captain Clark entity!! THE DESIGNNN THE EYESSSS!! AUUUGHHHHH!! I need ten more Clark’s right fucking now I swear to God! Not only that, but as an architecture major, when he was making floor plans I was like !!!!! I DO THAT IN SCHOOL!! I LOVE YOU CLARK!! CLAARK!!

The Backrooms movie is incredible, and without spoiling anything, Clark is easily one of my favorite horror protagonists I’ve ever seen. Chiwetel Ejiofor was putting everything he had into this role and it shows. I would kill for this movie to come out digitally so I can just analyze his micro expressions - his EYES. Holy SHIT can that man act. I need him to get a goddamn academy award.
