who am i
currently, i am a freshman cheme student, he/him pronouns, in dire need of unchudifying myself. since uni has forcefully charged me for gym membership as a required fee, i might as well take it as an opportunity to unchudify myself <3
methodology
cardio, cuz i'm too scared to do free weights or any machine at my current figure. right now, my main medium is incline treadmill. in terms of diet, i highkey vacillate between horrible eating habits and like normal eating habits. right now, i'm TRYIING to omad, but its honestly really hard to omad the amount of food i need to like legitimately survive, although--generally--i will twomad at most cuz i'm too busy to do threemad <3
in terms of schedule, i've been sticking to every-other-day, but recently i've been going more often
goals
lose like 60 pounds cuz it would be sooo cool to be a normal weight since the last time my bmi was normal was like in childhood. I'm not really sure about timeline? i think, ideally, i would do it in the span of a year, but i might try to cut it down cuz omgggg i want to unchudify expeditiously.
oh an cardiovascular health omg i love being able to walk and not be like out of breath 24/7
also, i'm currently trying to work up to 12-3-30 for my treadmill since everyone loves it apparently...
