Palestinian farmer Salman al-Nabahin, planting olive trees in his orchard, has uncovered “the most beautiful mosaic floors discovered in Gaza.”

“I see it as a treasure, dearer than a treasure,” al-Nabahin told Reuters. “It isn’t personal, it belongs to every Palestinian.”

i've seen this in insta via venezuelan friends' stories. a whole building collapsed after the bombardment leaving 16 families homeless. they've raised only 1.5k so far. the language barrier and how complicated things are over there make it really difficult to ask for international help for them. please consider helping out or sharing 🙏
