PRONOUN HEADCANONS WITH RANDOM UNDERTALE (PLUS AUS AND OCS) AND DELTARUNE CHARACTERS

Probably doesn’t really care. Like, they know what pronouns are and knows how to respect them, but he won’t care what you call them by. They prefer He/They, but won’t complain or correct people when they call him by other pronouns. Hell, you could call him by a different name and they wouldn’t notice.
Doesn’t actually understand pronouns. Like, he can respect them and if he doesn’t know someone’s pronouns, she will just use They/Them, they’re just not aware of why they need pronouns at all. I’d say all pronouns, but He/They is used more than She/It.
Okay, you can come for me as much as you want on this one, but He/She ONLY. She dislikes being called They/Them because he thinks it’s people trying to separate her different forms and believes It/Its is a form of monster shaming. But she’ll respect others’ pronouns. If someone else wants to go by They/It than he’ll respect that. She’s also very good at correcting other people, whether that be for his pronouns or someone else’s.
This is a huge shot in the dark. Grillby doesn’t speak, so there’s no way to tell if the bartender respects pronouns or even has them. So, everybody just calls them by They/Them. Grillby hasn’t corrected anyone, so they all assume their fine with it.
Miss Toriel is an easy case. She respects all pronouns and uses She/Her. End of story.
This one is also really easy. She/They pronouns and is super respectful. That doesn’t mean they won’t mess up, occasionally. I headcanon Undyne as having awful memory, so she’ll forget from time to time.
I’m actually having some difficulties with this. While on one hand, they appear very feminine, but that doesn’t really mean anything. They give off huge enby vibes or maybe demigirl, but won’t correct anyone who uses other pronouns. For now, I’ll just say They/Them and sometimes She/Her. They have a pretty good memory too, so, unlike their girlfriend, they’ll always be able to easily adjust to any pronouns or name you throw their way.
You’ll have to explain pronouns to him (and any monster from Underfell.) It just…. wasn’t really a thing done there. They (monsters) always just called each other by whatever. Never really mattered before. But, after it’s explained to him, he’ll try to be respectful, but he finds easy to mess up. Overtime, he’ll adjust and probably would forget you going by anything else. His pronouns are a bit of a difficult case. His pronouns are He/Him, but will respond to anything. Also, when he finds out about neopronouns, he’ll find himself slightly pulled to Ve/Vir pronouns, but will never say it without being questioned.
Like his brother, it’ll have to be explained to him. Once he understands more, he won’t question pronouns people use. Nor will ze question neopronouns. In fact, their pronouns are He/They/Ze. So, any pronouns you use are find with zim.
Doesn’t understand. Refuses to listen. Is transphobic. “what r ur pronouns” “nor/mal” The homies hate UF Mettaton.
Doesn’t care. Like, you won’t have to explain it to them because they will call anyone by whatever they want. Yes, even if they are like UF Mettaton and says “Nor/mal.” Like their Undertale counterpart, everyone just calls them They/Them, but they won’t care if you call them by anything else.
Doesn’t understand and doesn’t really care. If someone they know changes pronouns, it’ll take a bit for her to understand and be able to completely switch to those pronouns, but not in a transphobic way. Her pronouns are also She/They.
This is also a very tough one. Part of me wants to say transphobic just because they hate UF Papyrus and wishes to go across their pronouns. The other part wants to say unbelievably supportive because of UF Alphys’ pronouns below. So, what I’m gonna say is they WERE transphobic and then met UF Alphys so they changed their views to get with them. They’ll go by anything, but when they learn more about it, they’ll prefer They/Them but won’t care.
Not a question. She’s trans. MTF. She/Her. Super respectful.
Understands a lot more than you’d think. He’s very respectful and will adjust super quickly. If they encounter a transphobic person, she’ll suplex them into the ground. They go by any pronouns which includes neopronouns.
I’m calling it right now, they’re demiboy. He/They pronouns all the way, baby. Also super respectful, won’t need a second mention of it to be able to remember. Won’t mess up once. Probably also uses neopronouns for herself.
Besides US and the UF Papyruses, Asgore is probably the only person on this list that will immediately ask someone’s pronouns. They themselves are probably transgender. FTM and had a transphobic ex-wife. Yes, US Toriel would’ve been transphobic. You cannot change my mind. He uses He/They.
Honestly? Makes pronoun headcanons for anime characters on an app called ‘Rumblr.’ Uses They/Them pronouns. Probably MTF too.
Doesn’t understand them but respects them for her trans wife. Uses She/Her pronouns, but once she understands them more, may use They/Them too.

FTM trans icon, He/Him all the way. While he will struggle occasionally with pronouns (both his own and others’) due to internalized transphobia, he will never openly disrespect someone and will always feel like trash afterwards.
Uses all pronouns and will respect other people’s pronouns.
Uses all pronouns, but mostly prefers She/They (keep in mind, Ink can still identify as a male while using She/They pronouns.) Won’t mention that unless specifically asked, however. Due to their bad memory, she’ll mess up occasionally but will always correct himself.

It’s difficult to choose, but I wanna say FTM transgender. He only uses He/Him pronouns and will be able to adjust to others’ pronouns really quickly.
More difficult than their opposite counterpart, but probably doesn’t care in the same way Error doesn’t care. I’d also say They/Them pronouns.
Depends if we’re talking about “Kris”, the version of Kris when controlled by the player, or Kris, the Susie-loving (don’t believe? look at their reaction to ‘Susie Tea’) teenager who sleeps whenever and wherever they see fit. “Kris” doesn’t have pronouns and not in a transphobic way. “Kris” just doesn’t have pronouns. I think “Kris” would be respectful in a ‘it’s none of my business’ way. Kris, however, uses They/Them and occasionally He/Him. They’re very supportive to anyone and tries to remember to ask people what they prefer.
I’d say Susie uses all pronouns, but honestly, I could also see a trans MTF, She/Her pronouns only Susie as well. Susie has some painful internalized transphobia, but she tries to keep it to herself. They’ll always apologize if they say it out-loud to someone who isn’t familiar with her personality.
Literally has no idea what it is and won’t actually listen in the end. He/Him though.
NOELLE HAS ANTLERS. BUT SHE’S A FEMALE REINDEER. SHE’S TRANSGENDER AND SO IS HER DAD. HE IS ON TESTOSTERONE AND THAT’S WHY HE HAS ANTLERS. THEY’RE BOTH SUPPORTIVE AS FUCK. NOELLE USES SHE/HER AND RUDY USES HE/THEY.

No pronouns. Don’t refer to Lancer. <3 /hj Lancer doesn’t understand pronouns very well, so Lancer would always just be like “lol idk” when asked. “Kris” refers to Lancer by He/Him, however. Lancer is always very supportive as well, so Lancer would use whatever Lancer was told to.
I want to say she’s transgender (the king was transphobic, I don’t make the rules) but I also wanna say she’s genderfluid. Either way, they use all pronouns. She literally doesn’t need to ask people’s pronouns, he can just check their search history. So no need to call them by anything else.

Probably transgender, but I can’t decide if it’s FTM or MTF. Either way, they use all pronouns and tries their best to be supportive. If she ever messes up someone’s pronouns, he insists on being slapped and will apologize for weeks.
Actually kinda tough for a character I created. On one hand, I’d like to imagine Vermin being transgender FTM which is why they shortened their name down from ‘Vermilion,’ but I also think their non-binary and are fine with being called by their full name. Either way, their pronouns are They/Them and it’ll take like a week for them to fully adjust to new pronouns on someone their familiar with.
Transgender MTF. I’ve talked about this constantly with friends, she uses She/Her pronouns and is super close with her gender identity. She’s super supportive can adjust immediately.
Cisgender girl. Probably uses She/They pronouns, but I could imagine her using He/Him. Since she has past experiences with her transgender sister, she knows how to react properly to people coming out. Adjusting may be tough for her, but she’ll always correct herself if she messes up.
Honestly? No clue. I know she uses She/Her pronouns, but I’m not too sure on how supportive she’d be. I feel like she would just call everyone by They/Them and wouldn’t change that unless it was with close friends. She’s blind, so she couldn’t just look at a pin or t-shirt or whatever a person may say on pronouns. Not many people would notice this either.
Internalized transphobia, 100%. She’s pretty good at hiding it, but is kinda bad at remembering to correct herself if she messes up. Uses She/Her pronouns, but isn’t against the idea of using They/Them.
Genderfluid icon. Jaclynn knows what they feel and is very good at expressing that. Uses all pronouns and is very good with the adjustment process. She’s really good at correcting herself and others when they mess up.
Tough one, but I imagine Nyon’s pronouns as He/They/Ne. He’s rather supportive, even if he doesn’t really understand someone’s pronouns, who are they to judge? Ner really good at reminding himself of someone’s pronouns, but will keep quiet if someone misgenders them.
Literally no clue. Like I couldn’t even guess. They appear more feminine, but I know that they have many masculine traits as well. I’ll just use They/Them for now, but honestly, I can’t tell. I created this character and I don’t know their pronouns. They are also an amnesiac, so they won’t remember other people or their pronouns. Their amnesia also plays a part in them not knowing their own gender identity or pronouns.
