Here’s a character design sketch for “Delfina,” a character from a story my boyfriend wrote. The heroin is a bad ass war general, pretty much raised to be a killing machine. Here’s my take. I’m used to cutesie/pretty characters, but here’s BA for ya! ^-^

Haha, woo! End on a pathetic note! Sooo, thought it was the 30th, and that it was midnight(by which I mean midnight eastern means I've got a couple hours left), because, of course I did. Playing with flowing water look.
Other than that, this daily draw was quite the interesting experience. More than a few times I ran into a "Okay, I've got 2 hours, and I have NO IDEA what I am even going to bullshit together!" And a couple of times other stuff happened that just made it impossible. But, for a good part of it, it gave me a nice push to try new stuff and go with what I wanted to draw right then. Till next time!
I have never read a single Tank Girl comic, seen the movie nothing. But I love the character design, and from what I can gather from the Wikipedia page for her she's like a british apocalyptic Haruko. That's also terribly gross. so well done there. Meant to do more than just flats, but the last 3 hours have produced nothing I want seen, sooo
Then it was doodles of arms because I was watching the men's gymnastic olympics stuff, and all of their arms and muscles are fascinating and fantastic. Plus some paint-y sketches of Dudley, who I just think is dapper as hell and awesome, and random lady. Yup.
Did a bunch of sketches and mini comics today instead of any complete thing. Didn't start that way, but, oh well.
First are women poses because my female body language is weak, then 2 comics about how ungodly tired I am because we've had break ins and I've been home for when they come but sleep through it and now I force myself up when everyone else leaves. I have in fact fallen asleep with my face in the window like that. scared the shit outta my neighbor. After that are a bunch of 30 sec drawings using Posemaniacs, more poses, and I thought I was going to do an image of a giant robot destroying a city but it turned into a dinosaur and awful so I didn't.
It's a strange combination of elation at nearing the end, and disappointment that all the broad, sweeping differences are gone when I get to the last 10% of inking.
Page 3 Wireframes (equivalent to pencils in my digital workflow) of the comic.
Started up on this again today at about 6. Thought I'd get more done on it than I did, due almost entirely to the absurd amount of extra information on the D&D site. Getting the D&D Insider subscription is a rabbit hole of cosmic proportions. Also, a decent chunk of the time was spent making up new brushes, patterns, and paths. But as far as drawing, this was it.
Another image of the D&D group as of this past Tuesday.
Added a Dragonborn Rogue and Halfling cleric also worshipping Raven Queen. The dragonborn decided quickly he was going to be the big dumb guy, and the halfling was just trying to make someone like Leo from Charmed.
Also, after convincing a Necromancer to quit his evil ways, making the groups only ever successful Diplomacy checks (Seriously, never. I had a whole epic battle planned, but they like the rolling and roleplay, so I made it possible to just talk their way out, figuring it wouldn't matter. Not once higher than a 12 any other night), the Necromancer spontaneously combusted leaving his Dire Hellhound to be taken by the group.
They have named him Fang.
Oh, and the Eladrin wizard decided to combine his staff and orb into what I can only think of as a pimp cane. I dare not mention that to him, though, because a shred of dignity to the campaign needs to remain.
There’s a new RP thingy on Deviantart that I might be joining. I’ve been wanting to get into a new RP for AGES, and this one looked fun. ANYWHO, this is Naiemar, a Dreamreaper…
I’ve noticed a weird tendency as of late for me to put fur on all of my characters’ costumes…I think I’m getting too Water Tribe up in this business.
