UNDEREFRACTION CHAPTER 1 SCRIPT
Front view, half body: FRISK brushes off the last of FLOWEY’s dust. The background is dark and you can barely see the outline of ASGORE’s throne.
Same frame, camera focuses on CHARA who appeared behind FRISK on ASGORE’s throne. They are sitting casually. CHARA has a creepy, emotionless smile on their face.
CHARA dialogue: “Greetings.”
Side view, full body: FRISK turns to face CHARA so that they are both looking at each other.
CHARA dialogue: I am CHARA.
Front view, half body: Camera cuts to only CHARA. They sit up straighter on the throne and their head is slightly tilted.
CHARA dialogue: Thank you. For you have awakened me from death.
Frame with only CHARA dialogue: It is your SOUL and DETERMINATION that brought me life again after all. You have shown me my purpose and now, my entire existence is nothing more than the gaining of strength. All thanks to you.

CHARA dialogue: But of course, you have heard this before already, have you not?
Do not hide it, I can see it in your face.

CHARA dialogue: I am still restricted by the boundaries, and achieving ultimation cannot be completed without the final deal.

CHARA dialogue: It is refreshing to see you finally go along. The end is inevitable, after all.
A few frames of the world getting deleted. Everything visible in the room except CHARA appears to break into pieces like a monster dying. The background turns dark red and the 9’s from the attack are faintly visible.
Everything turns black. This lasts for 3-4 frames.

CHARA dialogue: Interesting. Their SOUL has appeared, yet I cannot feel their presence any longer.
Could it be that they have finally left?

CHARA dialogue: Some say that change can be dangerous. That can be true, but I after so many repetitions, I would gladly welcome change.
Last shot of CHARA’s hands wrapped around the SOUL. A red outline of their body is faintly visible in the background.
CHARA dialogue: You would never know if you never try.
