Underground is a fictional roleplay that takes place in New York City. It centers around two rival families who battle for control of the illegal businesses that take place in the slums of the city. Whether it be as a member of the one of the families, or an employee of one of the underground businesses, there's no way to escape the mafia.

As much as I hate to say it, it’s very obvious that interest and activity in this group are fading away. I’m in school full time year-round and cannot commit to running the main, nor can Jasper as he has outside commitments as well. It’s with a heavy heart that I say we will be closing our doors. "No one under the age of 18 allowed to join due to the nature of the roleplay." And this roleplay has a lot of disturbing themes including r*pe and abuse so what is the truth?

I’m unsure where this information is coming from, because it’s been quite a while since the rules were changed. I’ve just combed over our pages and can not find what you’re referencing. Yes, there are triggering things in the roleplay, but that’s why we enforce the tagging of posts. We’ve made a trigger page (x), full of general triggers that should be tagged. As long as under 18’s don’t try to write anything they shouldn’t be, aka things that would get older members into trouble, then we don’t care what your age is.
