A Poll: The Question Of The Wingdings

Hi everyone!

Today, I got a few questions over on the main blog about the possibility of translating the wingdings. So far, I’ve left them untranslated because I have several readers who prefer to translate them themselves, and they seem to be the majority.

BUT with the questions received today, I’ve decided to let the readers make the decision!

The poll will be open until the end of the chapter - we’ve only got a few pages left! - and if any changes are decided on, they will be made while I work to fix the problem with the page links and create an index.

So go vote, and see you Tuesday for the next page!

Is there any index for the pages? I recently found the comic and tried reading from the beginning (on mobile) but the "next" button disappeared around the morning after the second dream, which has made it extremely hard to read the rest of chapter 1 up to your most recent posts.

I’ve actually been having trouble with the links disappearing on mobile - I’m planning to add a second set beneath the page descriptions during the between-chapters break, which will be very soon! Hopefully that will fix the issue.

you know chara taking frisk soul before gaster did gives you this little "sell your soul genocide" vibe to it(even if they never did one). espenislabe the the last panel. don't you think?

Should we be worried about charas soul(or lack there of)is that even their soul. Corrupted or damage from their death. It seems to grow on their chest wehn i mention i world where those who wrong them suffered. Look like theyre still wrathful wiht humans. It can have any connection to gaster since when seen it in a flashback with flowey

Good eye!!Definitely keep an eye on that - there’s one other thing that’s happened with it that I don’t think anyone’s caught (don’t worry, it’ll happen again).

there is something strange with the way chara winks her(i'll refer to them as her). in some pages they wink with there left eye while in two page they wink with right. if you compare how they wink with sans. is there sometime important we're missing?

Chara’s pronouns are they/them, just like in the game. So they wink their eye.

And no, there’s nothing especially significant about which one they use! It depends on what works best for the angle.

Not in this continuity!There are a few reasons Chara feels fairly comfortable with Frisk - that’s not one though.(If it helps, NarraChara IS canon to underrift so they’ve done a lot of getting used to each other.)

I mentioned in the tags of the last page that I like to use Howl as a model for Chara’s expressions because he has a way of looking slightly unsettling even when he’s being friendly

Guy, we are so sorry this took so long to get it out. In the future, we will try and get large videos like this out sooner. Hey now, there’s been about three pages of one-on-one interaction. This is a two-person conversation scene, not a big action scene; actually stopping the story to do another flashback isn’t really conducive to the flow here. Maybe not make assumptions about how I’m going to approach things just yet, okay?
