Who's Determination???

Determination is an ‘OC’, I suppose. They are meant to represent, well, determination. They are brought to life by a Genocide run, then corrupting the Genocider, and making them do Genocide forever. But... maybe, just maybe, they have a little bit of love in their heart... and not level of violence. I hope this clears things up at least a little bit.
