Undertale
Frisk is family to Sans and Papyrus, not quite anything specifically defined, their just like "little sibling-nibling-child who stays over sometimes". They and Sans had a slightly strained relationship for a while after their final reset, but they bonded post-pacifist. Them and Papyrus are best buds.
Underfell
Red and Edge are the guardians of Ruby. Not sibling or parent, just guardians. They helped Ruby get through Snowdin and Waterfall, despite going against the royal guard and Asgore to do so. Their extremely protective of them, for good reason.
Underswap
Faith is their little sibling. Unlike the other worlds, Blue and Rus prefer more defined terms with most things. Blue adored Faith from the beginning, he saw this little slightly injured human and was already signing mental adoption papers. Rus, on the other hand, was pretty nonchalant with them for the first few pacifist runs. Once he knew they could reset, he didn't blame them for do multiple pacifists in a row, he would've done the same. But when the genocide routes started, he became pretty bitter towards them. It took a long time for him to warm back up to them once they did a final pacifist.
Reapertale
Angel and Demo- Reapertale's Frisk and Chara- are Reaper's step-kids, pretty much. His relationship with Life isn't quite a defined one, but the two call him dad, and call Soul uncle, so he's taken it in stride. as far as the kids are concerned, they have one mom and three dads (Reaper, Geno, Asgore)
Echotale
Also not particularly defined. Somewhere between youngest sibling, eldest nibling, and middle cousin. Chain (Frisk) is 18 in my Echotale, but they've known G!S since they were 12 or so. G!S, Chain, and Patch are the only three people remaining in the underground, so they're sort of required to get along.
Killer
Technically Killer is his Frisk. When he absorbed Frisk's soul, he retained his own consciousness as Sans, but added Frisk and Chara onto it. Chara's actually the one controlling his body most of the time, 'Killer' is the combonation of the three of them, not just Sans' nickname. Frisk very rarely gains control, but when they do, their very distressed. The other Bad Sanses tend to stay away when Frisk is in control, partially because they have vendettas against Frisk, and partially because they don't want to scare Frisk. Killer as a whole can't remember any of their memories, only the ones from his timeline and after, but he never has recollection of Frisk coming forward, as Chara blocks them out. I'm not even sure he's aware Frisk is part of him.
If i had to nickname them indivually, it'd be Bullseye (Sans), Nyx (Chara), and Lilac (Frisk). In my other AUs that include Killer, he either goes by Bullseye or Nyx, depending on the events. Bullseye is what happens when Sans gets back control and tries to be himself again, Nyx is what happens when Chara completely overrides the control.
I love how the notes for this are just chock full of examples of the most batshit specific things people research for their fanfics. Truly a treasure trove.

Gladly! Sorry its been a year since this ask was sent, i forgot i made this blog. anyway, three relationship headcanons coming up! i went slightly overboard, sorry
Horrortale
the Horrortale brothers don't live together anymore. Crooks lives in a surface timeline that Ink put him in, and Horror lives with the Bad Sanses. Despite this, their as close as ever. Horror visits Crooks more than the other way around, as Crooks can't travel far due to his injuries. However, he makes the effort for holidays, since Horror likes to celebrate them with his friends as well.
Their prone to worrying about eachother, though, particularly about food intake. Crooks feeds his brother constantly when he visits, and Horror usually brings a homemade dish as well. Their language is definitely one of food, though usually vegetarian for Crooks' sake.
Nightmare actually has Crooks' number on speed dial in case Horror ever has a spiral. He's professional about it, but Crooks really appreciates him looking out for his older brother.
The horror brothers don't always agree on everything, Horror still eats meat despite what they've gone through and of course still attacks universes under Nightmare's orders, so it's certainly caused arguments, but mostly because Crooks is afraid of losing him again. They survived Horrortale by the skin of their teeth, and he doesn't want to see his brother get a second hole in his skull, yknow?
Horror knows his brother is concerned, but he likes working for Nightmare, and Crooks ultimately wants his brother to be happy. Regardless of any and all arguments they have, their still brothers and they'll always look out for eachother. Even if Horror's job involves breaking the law, Crooks is willing to turn a blind eye.
Dustfell
With these two, however, there isn't much of a relationship anymore. Noteably because Thorn was, yknow, murdered by him and all. Though make no mistake, Thorn is not a result of any mental issue. he's essentially a ghost, caused by an excess of LV. a haunted memory, of sorts.
But he still behaves like he did when he was alive, if crueller now. He spends most of his ghostly time berating Bramble for nearly anything he does, and purposefully getting him mad so he'll lash out at living people. Oh, and complaining about his brother's uncleanliness, that hasn't changed.
Bramble ignores him, for the most part, but on Thorn's less insulting days, he can still hold a conversation with his brother. He knows full well that he's stuck with Thorn permenantly, no way to remove a ghost when its tied to your LV. And its hardly like theres anyone else to talk to in the dusty underground, at least until Nightmare drops by to check he's still alive, and offer him a place in the Bad sanses for the fifth time. He always says no, partially because he doesn't like his other selves, but partially as a self-punishment. He's still crazed by LV, but he's distantly aware he deserves to burn, like Frisk.
Nightmare still keeps an eye on him, though. Just in case he changes his mind.
Thorn, of course, mocks him for his weakness, preys on his mindset of self-punishment. Never far enough to hurt him, 20 LV may be a lot but it doesn't give a lot of HP for a monster like him. But he pushes him just far enough to keep isolating from the other universes. To say their relationship is unhealthy is an understatement.
Maybe Bramble could get a happy ending someday, but it's not anytime soon.
Nightmare and Error
Well, personally, i ship them, but i'll do a non-romantic overview.
Their...co partners of the Bad Sanses, in a way. Nightmare is, officially, the boss, but Error came up with it. So, they share responsibility over their sons their lackies.
Together, their actually sort of similar, when Error isnt throwing a fit over Ink's existence. Neither like being touched, though Nightmare will tolerate it when its his lackies, and both enjoy a good book or show, they bond over soap operas.
Nightmare is, so far, the only bad sans who Error will willingly touch. and by that i mean he leans on his shoulder and sometimes falls asleep during said show watching. It's a start.
They've both been in the Multiverse for a very long time, and are both horribly out of date when it comes to basically anything modern. Error may literally be a piece of broken code, but that doesn't mean he knows how to install a TV. Nightmare did not know what a flatscreen was until Dust and Killer begged him to buy one. On that day, he dragged Error with him to pick one from Crooks' world. They ended up bickering, but Killer called it a bonding activity later on.
They bicker most days, an old married couple as Dust calls them, but some days, they really do get along.
Error taught Nightmare how to knit, Nightmare's been desensitzing him to touch with tentacle pats, and lets him infodump about whatever he's into that day. Error lets Nightmare rant when Dream gets on his nerves too much, and Nightmare taught the others how to help Error when he has a glitchout or a bluescreen.
Their relationship is certainly an action-based one more-so than word-based, but they get along as well as either of them are capable of getting along with anyone. They certainly argue, and sometimes fight, but their energies almost cancel eachother out when their alone.
Papyrus has amnesia from a rockfall that happened when he was a child, and very nearly died from. now he has a hairline fracture above his left eye from where it healed, but he also lost his memory of everything before that, which is why he has no memory of Gaster.
For all of the papyruses, what pet would they get on the surface?
All the papy's? this is gonna be a long post, but alright! i'll cut it off at Tango's for length's sake.
(Undertale) Puff
Puff loves dogs! Specifically, he'd get a labrador. He's very active on the surface, so he'd be able to keep up with them easily.
(Underswap) - Rus
Rus actually prefers dogs. Sure, he likes cats, but on the surface once he starts to feel better, he actually gets a bit more exciteable, and he's surprisingly good at keeping up with dogs. Though, he'd probably get a bulldog, he is still lazy, after all.
(Underfell) - Edge
Edge adores cats. He likes dogs too, and would probably own one as well, but his first love will always be cats. He'd adopt the tiniest kitten he could find, or whatever scarred cat looked at him first. He's very weak for animals.
(Swapfell Purple) - Ghost
Ghost would own fish. Dog or cat wise he's a cat guy, but honestly? this man loves fish. he'll spend hours just watching them swim around.
(Fellswap Red) - Fuzz
He'd get a service dog for his anxiety and panic attacks, but he wouldn't get any other pets. He's fine with just one.
(Fellswap Gold) - Coffee
He would also have a service dog! though, he'd also get a cat, he finds them extremely soothing.
(Dancetale) - Tango
Tango would get a bird. not a very big one, just a budgie or something, but he'd spoil them.
(Danceswap) - Hoodie
Hoodie would have rats. Most pets are just a bit too much for him, but he adores his little rat buddies. Of course, their all puns.
(Dancefell) - Twist
Twist would get a snake, he's more of a germaphobe than most fell paps, and can't stand the idea of cleaning up animal mess from his nice clean home, so cleaning up animal mess from an enclosure is far better. Plus, their quiet and pretty. In his opinion, snakes are the best pets.
(Outertale) - Charon
He'd get hermit crabs, he's actually very interested about fish, due to the fact their essentially his opposite. he's from really far from earth, and their from deep in the earth.
(Outerswap) - Orion
Like Charon, he loves the ocean, possibly even more, but his favourite water pet would be an urchin. He'd give it a little hat.
(Outerfell) - Orbit
Like the other two, he'd get a water pet, specifically leeches. why leeches? he finds the idea that they suck blood both badass and kind of funny. He's a bit twisted in the humor department.
(Horrortale) - Aza
Like Fuzz and Coffee, he'd require a service dog. though, for more physical activities than mental support. The underground did quite a bit of damage to his health, so he can't always get up. His dear dog helps him with grabbing things. He also has a cat, who's lazier than any sans in the multiverse and will just lay with him all day unless he feels okay enough to get up.
(Horrorswap) - Rusty
It'd take a long time for him to think about getting a pet, but when he would, he'd get frogs. He was luckier in terms of physical health, so he doesn't require a service animal. he more just wants one to keep him company when hes in his room.
(Horrorfell) - Claw
Claw would be extremely nervous about getting any type of animal, and it'd take years until he felt like he was safe enough for an animal to go near him. Not because he's dangerous, but because the underground left his hands very, very sharp and very very long, and he couldn't judge his own strength or sharpness and didn't want to hurt anything. eventually, though, he too would get a cat. the first time it fell asleep on his chest, he cried.
(Mafiatale) - Sniper
He, like Puff, is a dog person. Though he'd probably for a german shepard, he just loves their fur patterns and floppy ears. He'd never take it anywhere near the dangerous parts of mob territory, though, that's his baby.
(Mafiaswap) - Con
One word: Ferret. he loves ferrets more than he loves honey, and thats saying something. He'd totally hold it like hes wielding a rifle and 'shoot' his brother
(Mafiafell) - Boss
Cats. lots of cats. he's the crazy cat man of the mafia. If you thought Edge was soft for animals, that's nothing compared to Boss. though, his claws are bigger than edge's, so he'd be pretty careful with them.
(Reapertale) - Soul
Soul has a pet crow he shares with his brother, it's actually an immortal crow gifted to them by Life so they'd have a pet that could never be killed. It ended up adopting the spirit of a raven hatchling, and raising it as its own.
(Reaperswap) - Scythe
He'd get rats and turtles, he couldn't make up his mind so he decided to have both. He teaches his rats to do tricks and solve his brother's puzzles.
(Reaperfell) - Demise
Rabbits, especially lop-eared ones. He isn't the biggest fan of noisy animals, so a nice quiet rabbit is exactly his speed.
(Echotale) - Patch
He owns rats, which are all named after elements on the periodic table. His brother calls them lab rats.
(Dusttale) - Craze
He is dead, no pets for him
(Dustswap) - Axe
Oddly enough, chickens. he has a whole coop of them, and stopped eating chicken meat the moment he brought them home. He will kill you if you try hurt them.
